Until Then...

The honesty in this show is amazing. With fascinating characters and stories that feel genuine about characters that are three dimensional, this show finds a comfortable place in your mind for weeks after you have finished it. i have re watched the whole series 3 times already. Apart from some mutual situation me and Rue have been through and I'm familiar with, the show offers a honest portrayal of the modern teen culture in the U.S and their lifestyle. One of this show's strengths is capturing the highs Rue feels, like the one where the room starts to turn around her and that spectacular ending of the last episode which could not been more beautiful and amazing. the story makes you care for Rue and Jules, and if you have gone through an addiction of sorts and have had problems over it with your family, this show will nail some scenes and moments for you. I was really shocked to find out it's based on an Israeli TV-Show, since a lot of the story is based on creator Sam Levinson's own experiences. Which i think they still definitely are. I sense that every character in the show are people who Sam Levinson knew back when he was a teenager and that's probably why i never had a hard time imagining the characters on the show as real persons. Everything aside, this show has one of the best and most awesome soundtracks with some great songs that matches the scenes they are used in, perfectly. and of course a beautifully lit cinematography. If you are easily offended and are like super anti-drug maybe don't watch this show. but if you wanna see some real ass struggles and characters that aren't flawless and make mistakes... big time. then you'll love this show. I have fallen in love with this show's Characters, specially with Rue, Fez and Lexi and also Jules... and i would follow their story for whatever numbers of seasons they'll get to make.

Daniels. You beautiful S.O.Bs. These two are so incredibly creative, smart and funny that i have no doubt everything that is a product of their mind will be an amazing piece of art, as was Swiss Army Man and as is this wonderful little short (maybe not that short) film. I was blown away by the format of this short movie and absolutely enjoyed the creativeness and the thought that went to it. These are the kinda ground-breaking movies we need. I'm glad cinema has Daniels, i'm such a fun of them now.

Can't believe it's being canceled!!! :(

From the first season, i loved this show. I've always been a Judd Apatow fan he has the best sense of humor. And this show is also a example of his great works. It's like really casual, real and entertaining... You'll get to kinda see the behind the scenes of stand-up comedy in NYC which can be really entertaining, funny and cool. Pete Holmes is amazing in the show and every episode is a blast. And also because most people in the show play themselves or character's close to themselves, every character in the show is really well acted and written and the whole thing comes together with the good writing and directing this show has, to create a really good TV-Series. I would follow Pete's story for 10 more seasons really. I can't believe why this show is being cancelled, that really sucks. I absolutely love this show and every thing about it.

So Underrated!!!

I can't believe i'm only finding out about this show after there are already 3 seasons. It's literally in the Michael Scott sense of humor circle, it's so ridiculously funny, very similar to the works of David Wain, like Wet Hot American Summer, obviously wouldn't expect less from Steve Carell. I laugh my ass of in every episode. The scream in the first credits is just everything. And one of the best things about this show is the guest stars. Bill Murray is in episode 7. This show definitely deserves to be seen more, it is absolutely funny, entertaining and well made. These days good comedies are just really rare, both in cinema and tv. But this one delivers, of course you have to like it's postmodern sense of humor. If you're hesitant about it, watch Wet Hot American Summer 2001 or The Came Together 2014 by David Wain, and see if you liked those give this one a watch to laugh maybe twice as much. because the sense of humor is completely alike, but i like this one better. I became a fan just 4 episodes in and recommend it to people with ridiculous and weird sense of humor. I'm gonna go back to laughing my ass off... P.S: The one point i cut from this was because they stopped doing that first credits scream after season 1. That was like one of the funniest things about this show. I love them so much that i might edit them back in myself just so that i could enjoy it as i want.

The Week Of (2018)

Unfunny, Unentertaining, Ungood.
30 April 2018
This movie is not funny at all nor entertaining. Adam Sandler has made some really bad movies in recent years, Sandler tops last year's disaster Sandy Wexler and makes something even unfunnier "The Week Of". Usually a movie has 15 or 20 minutes at its best to make you care for the film and follow the story, but this movie does not accomplish that. I am a fan of some of Adam Sandler works and Chris Rock's stand-ups, but it is so upsetting and annoying that Sandler knows that he could write some basic story with really cringe-worthy and cheap jokes and makes a sh** ton of money, so he doesn't even try to make something good. Why do it when you can make money with something really bad. I don't think i will be following any next movies of Sandler's unless he did not write the script or had any creative connections to the production process. (Like his upcoming film with Safdie brothers, i will be checking that out) I definitely do not recommend this movie to you, It has nothing to offer. Don't waste any time on it

Saturday Night Live (1975– )

It's a 8, but not for the last seasons.

Oh, man... Remember when SNL was actually funny? Is it just me or the last couple of years it has been less funnier, specially this year. In every sketch i just feel like the audience is going to give them a awkward silence but remember that it's TV and there's no way we could see the real reaction of the audience to those bad sketches. Episode by episode it gets more cringe worthy, i feel like Weekend Live is the only good thing about SNL this year... Hope they'll consider about changing the materiel in writing room, real hard cuz the things they doing right now is NOT FUNNY.

You Were Never Really Here

Warning: Spoilers
Contains Spoilers:

What a beautiful piece of art, the good goes against evil in this film. The good being Joe and the bad being a lot of other people. The film has a lot of similarities with Taxi Driver, but while it carries the similarities with itself, it delivers it's own original identity in a flawless way. Lynne Ramsay's script put together with Joaquin Phoenix's performance and Johnny Greenwood's absolutely superb soundtrack, delivers to you one of the most beautiful movies of the decade, for your own and this movie's sake don't jump to conclusions with this one and give it time; for me the movie really took life in the water sequence where Joe tries to commit suicide while drowning his mom's body, but as he is in the middle of drowning he suddenly sees Nina, drowning with him. Noticing that drowning himself would automatically drown Nina too, since she has nobody to save her, and thinking she isn't strong enough to do it herself. He goes back for Nina, he kills the security guards goes inside but sees that Nina saved herself, what he may not notice at that moment was that he was the one who gave her the power to fight back and save herself, but he thinks that he just added another not-so pleasant event to the girls life making her kill someone but she assures him "It's okay Joe, it's okay". Because Joe might not notice it but Nina seems to notice that Joe is a nice guy, actually he is a sweetheart, he holds the hand of the guy that killed her mom when he's dying and is scared, for christ's sake. Both leaves the house not knowing after all of this disturbing events will they be able to just get on with their lives? that thought is seen in the diner, where Joe shoots himself in the head while shedding two tears (a reverse type of De Niro's famous scene at the end of the Taxi Driver where he has a smile on his face a few moments before his death). If the movie ended there, Ramsay would imply that in between all of this darkness there is no brightness, it can't be found. But the movies tricks you, with Nina coming back we understand that Joe's asleep and that scene was simply just a dream, and with Nina's dialogue "Let's go, It's a beautiful day" Joe wonders, maybe it is a beautiful day, maybe he can put the disturbing past of his childhood with his abusive dad and the incidents of his work away. And when he sees that even if there is all of this darkness in this world you can still see the light, because you are the one who has the power and you are the one who chooses and understands without all of this darkness, the brightness would not have any meaning; and he confirms Nina, "It is a beautiful day outside" creating one of the most beautiful endings of cinema. . . . . . . . EDIT: But you know what, that incestuous theory makes sense too...
