Boll, why do you hate your audience?
18 September 2006
I continued watching this movie even after I noticed who had directed it so seriously the fault lies with me for finishing it. Finishing the movie, something I wish Boll had done; perhaps give us more in the line of character development and motivations? And again give us an actual ending that makes sense! Boll thinks he is misunderstood by viewers? No sire you are not misunderstood we understand you quite well; you are such a bad director that you don't even qualify for mediocrity. I feel bad for any actors who attach themselves to your projects they now have a whole lots of baggage to escape.

And now I got look at your profile on IMDb and see that you have several more games into movies you are planning to inflict on us. What did we do to you to deserve such heinous acts? I though Germans had grown past war crimes and the such and were now a peaceful people. Perhaps this is the new German plot? Send America all your tragically untalented directors to destroy American cinema? Don't bother we have enough of our own bad directors who are doing the job quite well.

I urge you the poor undramatized viewer to NOT watch this movie. It's a total waste of time.

Mama's Family (1983–1990)
Fun at 6 AM
15 March 2005
Mama's Family while not the greatest show on TV is at least able to get a few laughs out of me each episode unlike some so called great sitcoms, such as sienfield.

At 6AM on TBS weekdays it is pretty much the only show on TV that is not an infomercial of someone trying to sell me faulty exercise equipment or get rich schemes.

The later episodes of Mama's Family are easier to watch than the earlier, but that is because I was never a fan of the characters of Buzz and Sonya and was happy to see them go off to their mothers.

Sadly though my days of watch Mama's Family are at an end due to having seen every episode at least three times and now they are growing tedious at best.

I say give it a shot, somedays it is hokey as heck, but still worth a watch.

Pet Star (2002–2005)
A PETA Nitemare!
14 March 2005
PETA must love this show, after all animals are "being exploited" for human entertainment.... PETA can just suck it up and deal....

I must say I am not pleased to see Mario Lopez exiled to second rate cable television though. Guess he wasn't quite NYPD Blue material?

However the show is an alternative to David Letterman's Stupid Pet Tricks....

Would I watch the show again? No way.... Once was more than enough.

The show would be good for children to watch I suppose, hey it is Animal Planet after all, a Dr. Laura approved network.

But hey give the show at least one viewing, because I would like to see Mario Lopez continue to work.
