Season 1 is a madcap mystery detective story. There are few equally entertaining and WTH just happened kinds of shows.
The storyline hops, jumps, collides, and coalesces in a way that moves the narrative forward as the mystery unravels. Innovative and chaotic, yet always purposeful. At the end, most of the bizarre elements fall into place
Thoroughly entertaining.
Maybe the best Douglas Adams interpolation to the screen.
Season 2 becomes lost in a less driven storyline, although there are some good actors and characters, the indirect narrative breaks down, almost wish the alternate universe had been barely covered.
