I'm going to go ahead and assume most of the 1 star reviews are by people who grew up watching The Muppets Christmas Carol and Scrooge. This show isn't a family show. It's dark and is much more loyal to the book. Which if you've read does have some dark themes.

Go into this show expecting a dark dickensian adaptation of the book and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Go into watching it hoping for another child friendly retelling and you'll be disappointed.

Watch it and make up your own mind.

I don't often write reviews but this film is so poorly acted and written that Im trying to save as many people as possible from suffering the same 2 hour of bordem.

Just 1 horror cliche after another. Half the film didn't even make sense.
