Long Lost (2018)

Should be lost
13 April 2019
A regurgitated think piece. A+ for cinematic beauty and acting for the substance they where handed. Digest it how ever you want it still lacks original substance. If the money spent to make this swill was spent on actual productive life projects we would all benefit even if it was only by proxy. Not just wasted time and brain cells that can not be replaced. If life needs entertainment fluff this is quality control smacking you in the face with a notice.

If Poe got a tan~

A very well written beautifully executed film. From start to finish each character was intricate and relevant to the story's plot. Lite hearted and deep in a way that broken things have value without being emo. I loved the ending it was perfect and satisfying.

It's all about presentation
6 January 2018
The trailer is extremely misleading first off (.) Had this film been presented in the way it should have, it would have had a better review. Yes it's a slow burn, yes it's a coming of age film, but the content is so much more. In a digital age we are all guilty of looking for instant gratification and scandal. We sometimes forget life it's self is messy. Every love ballot or tragedy was not written by Shakespeare rather a real person desperately trying to navigate the muddy waters the surround us all.

First love it!

Second why is there not enough info being put out there about this show. Anna Paquin stars as a sharp ballsy detective with a dysfunctional personal life. In a small blue collar town with a lot going on. It kicks off with a missing transgender teen that plays on the hockey team. A 20 year old unsolved murder mystery. Flashback to her her past. Following the death of her detective father as a child. She starts receiving cryptic notes from a creepy stranger. That later resurface during her current investigation. Is everything somehow connected? Will the truth be unraveled or will she? Find out for yourself-

Alfie (2004)
Refreshing reality movie. A Must see!
20 November 2004
A definite must see movie. It compelled me enough to comment on it. Although the trailer was good, and an attention getter. It was slightly miss guiding. The movie maintains a strong story line with lots of twists. Just when you think you've got it all figured out. Something totally unexpected happens. It makes you want to take a step back and look at your own life. The kind of movie that makes you want to call your loved ones just to here there voice. Actor Jude Law "Alfie" could not have played a more convincing roll. Even though there is an overcast of British humor, it will still keep you rolling. This movie has it all- funny, sexy, breath taking, and thought provoking. To best sum it up "Reality Bites" mixed with the right amount of comedy and depth. You won't waist money or brain cells by watching this movie!
