Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne (2019)
Oh come on guys
I'm seeing a lot of 1/10 reviews on here, and I find myself doubting the legitimacy of these scores. There is no way you watched this episode and thought it was a 1/10. I understand that the events that unfolded at the end of this show were disappointing to everyone, but that's how great TV is. Sometimes, the things you want to happen don't happen. People complaining about the "poor writing" are simply displeased with the turn of events at the end of the show. I pity you. Everything went fine in the final season and in this final episode. You may not like how things turn out, but that doesn't warrant a 1/10 for this wonderful, thrilling, and fantastically-produced series finale.
Total Bellas (2016)
Insufferable
I was at my girlfriend's parents' house, and her family had this show on. I wanted to shoot myself the entire time. I've never seen such superficial characters talk about their boring lives. To be fair, I've never been one for reality TV. I've always found it to be fake and boring. This show, however, takes fake and boring to the next level. I couldn't get myself to care about anything on the screen for even half of a second. The only thing faker than WWE wrestling is this show.
The Walking Dead: Hostiles and Calamities (2017)
Eugene
The Walking Dead has had its boring and unneeded episodes that focus on one character who is away from the main group (ahem, the Tara episode), but this was not one of them. Watching Eugene instantly flip sides to kiss Negan's feet was a real insight into his character. And what is he going to do? Is he going to be the angsty tortured soul turned evil menace, or is this all an act? Is he sly enough to pull this off? Does his loyalty to Rick run deep? We are left not knowing for sure, and this is the beauty of it all. I hate the way the Walking Dead has been separating story lines and giving us entire episodes centered on individual characters, but this was different because I find myself eager to find out what is going to happen with this bit of the story.
