While attending School of Visual Arts, he became the first ever student filmmaker to have a national airing P.S.A for Drug Free America which is hilarious because he's a huge advocate for marijuana therefore his 30 second spot was an anti-crack campaign.
Since then he has directed a slew of marketing videos for a variety of corporate clients as well as produced a diverse set of short films and to date, 2 feature length documentaries and one narrative feature film.

The Kids in the Hall (2022)
Funnier than before
If you were a fan of the show from before then you'll be very happy to know they made it even better. The writing is so unique and takes all these wild unexpected turns, really fun to watch.
The Kids in the Hall (1988)
Funnier than before
The writing is very unique and takes these wild unpredictable turns. Their sense of humor has grown to even better heights from their previous show from the 90's. It's great to see these amazing actors again, this time it's even better.
The Man from Earth (2007)
Worst film ever
I don't think I ever saw a worse film than this. It's just unbelievable in so many ways and the approach was just so poor. The actors didn't know if they were acting in a play or in a film.
The story takes place in one house and this guy tries to convince his colleagues that he's been a live since the dawn of man, he doesn't age. He's moving to another city since he's afraid people may notice he's not aging. They are all college professors and they are listening to him trying to be open minded but the stuff that's coming out his mouth is just ridiculous and it only gets worse.
I love bad movies sometimes but it has to be enjoyable. There has to be something in it that is either funny or interesting but not thing film. I honestly think this is the worst film I've ever seen.
Sinister (2012)
The film that almost was
I wanted to like this movie and really tried but unfortunately I saw a lot of problems that the filmmakers could have avoided.
First off the film is super dark and for some strange reason none of the characters ever turn on the lights. I thought it was because they move into this new house but as they get settled and clearly have electricity, once it's nighttime their light switches are never in the on position. Even when they need to see they would much rather grab a flashlight than turn on the lights.
Cheep thrills. This film did things that were just cheap, like the demons face on the computer turning when Ethan Hawks character is distracted. Why? Less is more. Once you have the demon turning his head I felt cheated because now the mystery is gone.
Something to laugh about was once they decide to move out of this house, where a murder took place, Hawk's character throughout the film says their family is luring for money and yet they move into this huge, I mean super huge mansion at the end of the film. I thought they were having money problems- apparently not, And you'd think this house would have lights but again, no one ever turns them on, even when they hear a bump in the night.
Overall I can't recommend this film. It could have been better if they did one more rewrite, tweak a few things. Don't have creepy dead children shushing the screen because we've seen this before, maybe be more original than that.
The one good thing I did like was the 8MM footage they used, that seemed out of place because once you find out who's behind it you'd wish they took that footage and put it in something more Sinister.
Blame (2017)
Just a little confused.
Though there were things I liked I was just confused to how the film was set up. Abagail first has a limp but mysteriously that is goes away for no reason. She is hated by her classmates and called different names and yet none of this is ever explained even though the film keeps hinting for some resolution. It just seemed to me there was this whole build up to give her a backstory some meat but at the end of the film the only backstory that was ever explained was to her foe.
Red Lights (2012)
Don't waste your time.
Wow that was so bad. It's so bad partly because it does a horrible job explaining the many holes it digs for itself. And by the end of the film it makes even less sense. The twist that it tried to convey only completely makes it more confusing and it's just poorly written. I'm angry for war watching this.
The Hollow (2004)
Great horrible movie
You can't watch this movie with any seriousness because it's not supposed to be. It's really bad but that's what makes it so good, and if you're looking for a good drinking movie this is a great choice. The acting is over the top but again, you can't take this movie seriously. It's the kind of movie you can talk though and have fun with friends because it doesn't require any real need to pay close attention so it's great for parties.
