Gave it 8 because of Linda Blair she is one of my all time favorites. It's really is a chick flick women behind bars, this movie was made in 1983 stars the Late John Vernom,Sybil Danning which her role in this was brilliant she played the bad girl,and Stella Stevens as a women's Sergent. The plot Linda Blair killed her boy friend by accident and sentence to 18 months in the womens prison, which is run by John Vernon who rapes,and makes out with some of the girls,so they can get stuff. This is diffidently a 80's movie almost a lesbian movie, when some of the girls get out of prison to go to a party with Linda a prostude party Linda freaks out in a up stairs bedroom. then they went to there dorms,linda goes to the head warden and she gets rape by him, So in the mean time Linda kind of befriends a black chick and her possie, then she had a friend with Val who got killed by a guard after she killed the warden. This movie is action,some what slow,but with a budget probably about 20.000 it would have been better or if the made it now. But,things are different now,so Linda Blair goes commando and gets revenge at the-END. some OF IT'S BAD ACTING LIKE Linda B;LAIR SHE KINDS OF FAKES it. but,the plot of the movie is great,it's not like OZ,but kind of like Savage Streets she goes on the rampage. Linda Blair as robocop or the terminator. It is on DVD and have a lot of specials (i think) John Vernon should have sticked with another role but he did good, and Cybill is a riot,her big tits should have a second screen.

Ahhhhhh the 70's thats when real horror movies were made,this is before Friday The 13th and NIghtmare. AS i REMEMBER there were a group a friends in a deserted building and one of the little girls fell to her death,they kept it a secret after all these yrs,now it's 1978 everyone was getting ready for the prom the four teens who kept secret after 10 yrs are all getting together for a good time this was suppose to be the best night they ever had,the prom queen the prom king,and four friends having fun.they get stoned,drunk, dancing, and some one is killing them one by one, this movie starred Jamie Lee Curtis she did Halloween, she was the lead actress in Prom Night. And at the end of Prom Night a surprised ending, Sometimes the acting is very bad,but you just have to wacth,also Lesly Nelson plays the detective. There's hardly any gore,but there is a lot of suspense. This movie made way for the 8o's horror movies like Jason or Micheal myers,or good Sleepaway camp series. It has a good soundtrack to it I forgot the music score. Now they made a remake of Prom Night I have seen previews and it looks pretty good I don't know if it has a or has the same plot to it, 8 stars for something new.

It was on IFC tonight, funny movie. Divine is just crazy in this movie directed by John Walters the gay guy older in Hollywood. Now lets see,if they did it today it would be x,or nc-17 the four main players would be
Sheri Moon as Taffy Daenport the original was good,but I think Sheri Moon would play a meaner,nasty,bitch then the original Taffy. Sheri need to play the part like she did in The Devil Rejects.
Marlyin Manson as Dawn Davenport, he would probably have a fat suit on,I think he would play the part excellent,Divine was way out there in real/personal life as well as Marylin Manson. He/she (manson) looks like a she-male any ways.
John Walters himself could play Donald Dasher,as the flamboyant, picture guy. Walters directed the-first,but he would be old enough to play Donald,He could be gay,and he will just have one groupie that stands beside him all the time.
Need to get a up-dated Donna Dasher, Mary Pearce played the part with sa tifaction,very funny sences with her,but need to be more darker/funnier at the same time.
Courtney Cox as Donna, she played in Scream she was very convincing as Gail Weathers the TV reporter,she was dark/a little bit comic relief,Ms,Cox as Donna Dasher would spark new life into the old character,more lines also.
The film would be directed by a Gay director and John Walters could also directed the film.
New soundtrack......

Not bad for a horror movie

I seen it,it just came out on DVD, how can you, I mean the person who said it was one of the worst movies ever, say that. It's not the best movie,but,its not the worst movie, the acting is a little over the top,but the story line is good,and the director angles,lighting,and all the other things that the director has to do was pretty good. The mask did look like it was made in a hurry,but the special effects was good, they did not have a lot of money for it,so hopefully the next movie ill be better. The music is better then the average horror flick.The killings are bloody. It has a feel like Friday The 13th,mHalloween put-together,like I said it is not the worst movie ever made.
