Experimental or experiment?
22 July 2019
I bet shows like TOTDY are made as an experiment or a joke on us, cause I can't find any other reason for their existence. There are always those that will praise the crap and those that will not. So dear director, screenwriter and unfortunate producer, the joke is on you.

The Infinite War of Sexes.
17 May 2018
Warning: Spoilers
A different take on "Freaky Friday", but this time a man has to wear a woman's shoes and be intimidated in a cruel feminist world, trying tho to keep his dignity and not totally lose himself while flirting dangerously with reconciliation. No classic happy ending, neither moral outcomes. The fact that instead of him going back to his previous world with things as they were before he passed out, but instead life has to teach a lesson to the female him, i found it inspiring. The vicious circle of the battle of the sexes, until one day we will realize, that the virus that was put in our heads to fight each other, will expire and we will realize there are more important things in life, that we are missing trying to overpower each other. I like to take this as an end where the film stops, cause in a way this movie doesn't end. It is really fascinating after watching the movie, to read reviews from people who realized after watching it, that there isn't equality in the world. I would like to visit their bubble once to see where they live.

A movie that has to stay European for the sake of OCD
13 May 2018
For those that found acting here exaggerated, were probably not familiar with Spanish cinema and culture. We are talking about people full of color, vivid language, art, wars, incredible food, influences from eastern cultures and from what my Spanish tutor said, kinda rude. I found Rossy de Palma, comparing with past roles in Almodóvar movies, very "normal", and the rest of the cast had a good chemistry. The plot raises a lot of questions for discussion, especially when you watch this with younger people, who do not know about OCD, or they recognize some of the symptoms presented, to people they know already, or on themselves. I can not imagine this movie being a remake for the US standards, where all the freakers ball, politically, legally, socially correct, will throw this in the pit of hell for numerous discrimination. As an OCD myself, i don't feel insulted by this movie, on the contrary, people that fanatically will claim the opposite, belong in an another kind of disorder that also needs therapy and medication. i already saw one here in the reviews, i was expecting more, but we should thank our luck, non European, English spoken countries will not watch this, unless they are trained to, so hopefully these "good Samaritans" that hate everyone else, will not appear here.

excellent, should Go for it!

Warning: Spoilers
a show that i will definitely watch, and hope for more seasons than one.

no soap opera elements (thank god), no crime scene investigation detailing evidence(that could be really boring), some humor (always necessary), unlicensed doctors(not the minority report style), blade runner by night(unfortunately no strippers), it wouldn't hurt some fifth element aesthetics(that blue gray shade is "winter", i like colors), "active" camera(some people might get tired from it, it is fresh tho and welcomed). don't expect me to tell you all about it just go and watch it.

i was optimistic for this, and i wasn't disappointed, tho 2 from those 3 critics reviews, could have easily send me for "fishing".

Common Sense Media (Joyce Slaton): one of those million moms that dreams to save us from ourselves, (she feels it is necessary to inform parents that police crime shows are not suitable for minors), and since it doesn't have unicorns or pink ponies no one should watch.

Slant Magazine: (Mike LeChevallier): a constipated game reviewer.

Seat42f (Jerome Wetzel): a fair one.

I hope in the future episodes, robots will become dirtier and darker(in episode 2, those scenes with the robot escorts were too clean for such a future. damned who wants such a boring sex environment?). until now, only humans hold these characteristics. May be that head in the evidence... who knows...

We need more seasons!!!
28 January 2013
Really, only 7 seasons for that brilliant looney tune show, that made me look Alec Baldwin as an actor? The guy never played well in anything in his life and his glowing there!!! BTW he should go on with comedy, it suits him better than anything else. Everyone there deserves many kudos for the references to other shows people and events, and the fun they gave us until some inbred sons of anarchy, decided that it wasn't good enough to continue. But of course when a show has no killings, drugs, terrorists, cops and robbers, labs that solve the murder she wrote, boring housewives, sex and the city, probably gets canceled. I know that my opinion doesn't count to help the show go on, so here is the epilogue to the people that deserve to be thanked. Many thanks to Tina Fey that held that together at least, as long as it lasted, to the whole crew,(that was one of the kind), thank them all for the laughter they gave to me, and the feeling that there is pure comedy out there without the need of a laughing track, to force you laugh. It 's easy to make someone cry, especially nowadays that life is miserable wherever you look. But to make someone laugh, needs hard work.

I really miss the...
19 December 2012
the "odd couple", Z. Levi and A. Baldwin.

Don' t give a s..t about critics who found the series a cliché, or shallow, cause they hunt stories with deep meaning symbolism and hidden references. They are the bullies of fun. They will make you feel bad if you had good time with scary movie...

Make a full time movie, you can't just leave us there....

We the "simple" and "slow" people would like to see more of the team, not so much of the love story, but the goofy action the spy that can never exist, the hot girl that kills with one move, and god, the hardcore army lover who sleeps with his gun under his pillow having nightmares because the cold war never exists anymore. And yes, the nerd patrol of buy more, Morgan and Casey the other "odd couple", Jeff and Les with more making of their own official videos of bad tasted 80's songs(lots of credit for this in the series makers and cast) and all the Greta's when buy more was full of them.
