Leave the World Behind (2023)
Most people would just watch this movie without identifying the source
It takes some critical thinking to make these types of connections. Why would the "executive producers" the former President and First Lady , release a movie full of reverse psychological nudges of real-world scenarios where the it only pertinent to this specific time? It is only in this specific time that we are able to realistically identify that 1) blackout 2) emergency broadcast system 3) hackers 4) terrorism is ripe for our current state of affairs, especially when these scenarios have already been established by global governing bodies as the next catastrophe events humanity must endure... To what extent does this movie attempt to propose something so malicious, and the use reverse psychology to belittle / ridicule it as just conspiracy theories from evil cabals having direct control / having no control? It is must more alarming that the "executive producers" are extremely powerful people who have vested interest in the geopolitic events of humanity...
Regardless of if it's simply a critical opinion to state these things, the former President and First Lady in no way, shape, or form, should have anything to do with this movie unless it is for something that most of us cannot fully realize at this very moment. Those eyes in the intro and the picture frame are imbedded into this movie, and the t-shirts, are all an attempt to solidify this movie as a conspiracy theorist's fantasy, for the sake of entertainment . But take note that making light of things that are systemically deep and deducing it with reverse psychology is also an indication of strategic propaganda. We are wiser these days.
In the Life of Music (2018)
A destined timeless classic about love and national tragedy.
Incredible cinematic timepiece that retells the importance of holding onto 'the soul of a nation' in the face of complete eradication. This film was meticulously directed with a aura of somber while the powerful cinematography expertly showcases the story of the young woman's quest to reconnect with her own somber but powerful past. The interwoven drama and history of Cambodia is defined by the art and music of the Khmer, much of which would have been forever destroyed and lost if it wasn't for the those who held onto their last breath to preserve it... to preserve it with their lives until their demise... authentical, educational, and something to be cherished because it is a largely unrecognized and forgotten human story that cannot be repeated ever again in all of humanity.
PS. It does no service to anyone when there are certain reviews of certain regions that would attempt to smear this films' rating as 1* just because of hate and pride. We are all in this together to support the stories that matter.
Svart krabba (2022)
Better as it goes.
It's worth a watch if modern warfare thrillers are enjoyable for you. It's a little slow, but it has good amount of action and understandable plot. This is one of those movies where it gets better as you watch, not like other movies where it gets worse and wastes your time. This is my review, and it does derserve a higher score.

The Menu (2022)
Are people that numb and stupid?
I thought that this was going to be suspenseful and tense Glass Onion type movie, but it just falls into extremely stupid territory. The beginning of the movie was strong as it developed an aura of mystery and intrigue... but then as soon as the characters begin settle in as dining guests, they become instantly pathetic, lifeless, and dumb. I was expecting a clever plot twists to explain why they are acting the way they are, but none to be had. They just become literal zombies who want to die after their secrets are revealed. Pointless murder drama. Attempts to be artistically cinematic but to no cause. Why do these movies get all the attention? There's literally nothing to it. I'm only giving it a 3 because the beginning was good.
