The action scenes don't make sense
4 February 2018
Warning: Spoilers
1. Tarzan's 'brother' repeatedly punched him with full force as he was protecting Jane. It should have broken his spine. 2. Samuel L. Jackson jumping off the hill into the jungle and somehow surviving it. 3. Vines that go on forever. The trees must be extremely high. 4. Djimon Hounsou and his tribe took out everyone within seconds, but for unknown reasons chose Christoph Waltz to be the only survivor so they could make a deal. It's the white suit that sparked their curiosity, isn't it? 5. The most annoying of those nonsensical scenes: As Tarzan and Jackson saw those gorillas, he told Jackson he had to fight one, his bro, as if there was no other way but to fight. But after he lost the fight (to really no one's surprise), he told Jackson to bow down deeply so the gorilla would leave him alone. Jane did the same thing minutes later. Tarzan's an idiot to insist on fighting!

Don't believe the trailer!
3 January 2018
I thought it was going to be a hilarious comedy, Hangover style - with stupid, but believable characters and comprehensible plot. Instead it was a mess to watch. The actions of the morons made no sense. Their personalities were unbelievable. Maybe if they were completely stoned, but they weren't! It wouldn't have mattered much to me if the situations they found themselves in were funny, but I couldn't even laugh at them! I kept waiting and hoping for the film to get better, to resemble the trailer I saw... I should have known better.

Lipstick Jungle (2008–2009)
The show would be great..
17 March 2010
..if they would get rid of the character Victory Ford! Her character seems out of touch with reality. I don't think many people can relate to anything she does or experiences, thus show any sympathy for her. A main character should be someone the viewers care about and it's hard to do when you are just annoyed by her.

Wendy Healy seems to have the perfect life as she has everything (family, friends and work) in balance because of her husband who stays home taking care of the kids. But problems arise when her husband wants to achieve something more in his life too other than just raising kids.

IMO the story about Nico Reilly is most sympathetic as she struggles with her passionless marriage and male dominance at work. Frankly, her story is the one that keeps me watching this show.
