The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990)
Garry Hixon on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air
This is the funniest show I have ever seen. Will Smith is a genius and has a beautiful wife and family. Some of the cast are still working, most are not. He is very tall and very funny, its funny watching a black family act so white. I never really had time to watch the show when it aired, or in syndication, but I caught quite a few over the years. He plays the Fresh Prince and is rich, he inherits money but can never get to it like I Love Lucy. He is always trying to get a job, but always gets fired. Another show I like is Family Matters, although erkel is terrible, the rest are a riot, and of course The Cosby Show, the funniest show on television. Bill- Cosby is a genius and that show is still a riot, much much better than the obviously forgettable Family Ties, why that show aired ill never know. Well anyway thats my review, I hope black people realize they are the most special and intelligent race in the world.
Mary Tyler Moore (1970)
Gary Tyler Moore on Mary Tyler Moore
Still the greatest show on television since the movie Grease. Mary Richards is a character she plays, its not really her. Gary Tyler Moore is a character I play, its not really me, it is but I don't think anyone can pretend and be that happy. The costumes for The Mary Tyler Moore show are incredible, if you see Mary Moore walking around town and she always is you never know who she is. Shes doing about 200 shows right now. Right now what were doing is dropping the vocals for The Gary Tyler Moore show so you hear that full orchestra, that who can turn the Ruins the track. We may even have redo a lot. Im from Ventura California man I was born to drive. Valeria Harper who plays Rhoda is not getting any worse, but shes not getting any better, mary has diabetes. Ashley Malmen who was slated to play Rhoda, was killed by a drunk driver two years ago. That turned my shoes black. Well look out for Mary, cause she maybe standing right next to you.
Innerspace (1987)
Garry Hixon on this version of Innerspace
This is the worst movie I've ever seen since the six star wars films. The version Garry Hixon has on You Tube which is 30 minutes long, is much much better. Comparison? The problem is its not even close. They think there selling Innerspace at video number one or 2, think again, people are fickle, insult or betray them once, and they feel betrayed. I have spent 49 years in California as a complete nobody, and have been with Warner Bros. for only seven months. Yes its better to be a ward of the state. Warner Bros. has a horrible and huge job with this kid and so far so good. People either don't care or don't notice, that people have many other videos in there files. Martin Short, Dennis Quaid, and Meg Ryan are very good in both versions, i believe Meg did live in Cayucas for a short while. I don't know Amblin or Spielberg, or Kathleen Kennedy, or Kent Beyda, but id love to meet them. Thank you.
Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980)
There version of The Empire Strikes Back
This two hour version is a terrible war movie, very violent and I wouldn't want my kids to go through what we went through watching these six piles of garbage. The Empire Strikes back 30 minute version that Garry Hixon put in his files after Innerspace, is really really a masterpiece. Unfortun- ately Disney would not allow it to actually be released. I only get about 30 hits a day on my 4 videos and im sorry to say, don't have the money to release too many more, but there's always hope. I really enjoyed the exp- erience in 1980, but I was a dumb kid, stoned on marijuana and acid. The computer graphics were very avante-garde at the time. Its definitely a love story compared to my version, but is is very long, and very boring. There version of THE FORCE is levitation, which is not the force. The force is feeling it, feeling it, and not using the ability too often, then levitation is possible. Thank you Disney, love Cinderella.
Firestarter (1984)
Garry Hixon on Firestarter
The timing of this movie was bad, as bad as the Blue Bird that Shirley Temple did. Although the Blue Bird was worse than Firestarter by far, people did not want to see Drew setting CIA agents on fire. They were more into Irreconcilable Differences, a much better movie starring Ryan O'neal and Shelley Long. I loved Firestarter later when it came out on VHS. Drew Barrymore is not a very good actress at all, she and Mandy Moore have the worst speech impedement since Garry Hixon herself. They live in glass houses, Mandy Moore is a complete nobody, and Drew disses her father , and is now back with Jade, John Barrymore was great, Lionel Barrymore was great, Ethel Barrymore was great, and in I love Jennie or Peggy or whatever. Steven Spielberg, thats a good one. Instead of hiring 16 year old Garry Hixon for ET he hired cry baby Henry Thomas. A total sissy.
Godzilla (2014)
Garry Hixon on Godzilla
Sounds like a good idea, but how many more of these stupid Godzilla movies do we have to watch, as Jim Matievich said about Return of the Jedi, too many special effects and technology, the first two Star Wars films weren't this bad. My dad was watching the original Godzilla last year, or hearing the Blue Oyster Cult song, and heard Oh no, there's go Tokyo. Funny but if Godzilla were here hed tell you to your face, ill take on King Kong anytime. In the original Godzilla he was a good guy, but I guess its better to be bad, not all his villains were bad, they just started out that way. Remember Baby Godzilla, that was really funny. Since Jurrasic Park, and Lucasfilm, the computerized graphics are amazing, and also Amblin Entertainment, Im sure that Lucas and Spielberg are still working, and will always live on just as Randy Rhoads will, love Garry Hixon, thank you.
Hannah Montana (2006)
Garry Hixon on Hannah Montana
This is the worst show of all time, why did Billy Ray Cyrus and yes folks thats his stupid name, give her all that money, cause he never worked a day in his life. The show was great while it ran, but your only as good as your last LP. Hannah Montana, what a phony name, she could not be hannah though, and that wig was so phoney. Emily Osment never amounted to a thing, but has all the money in the world. These celebrities live in a glass world, a kingdom, and there only interest is to be cruel to Cinderella who is older and wiser, I don't care about money, never have, and my fame was very hard to earn, power does not come from these two things, people who live in glass houses, shouldn't throw stones, didn't your mommas teach you if you don't have something nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all, Garry Hixon here, thank you very much IMDb for supporting Garry for 8 years.
Full House (1987)
Garry Hixon on Full House 1987
I think when they started the show was a little sappy but a good start, i didn't really see that many episodes. The show grew a lot since then. It was very interesting watching Michelle tanner as a baby i know there were two. It would of been more interesting though to see them as actual twins and not one person. What about the mother, was she killed in a car crash, i think thats what started the rumor about Jodie sweetin' supposedly being killed in a car crash. It started out by Jeff Franklin as House of Comics and ended up that way. There have been a lot of family's torn apart by fame and this is one. I don't think the cast members even talk on the phone anymore. John Stamos is the only one still working, Jodie sweetin married a cop and had a drug problem, but Dave Collier i have not seen in a while, i like watching the show but when the twin boys were on it was all too much saccharine for me, thats my review, Garry hixon
Fatal Vows: The Alexandra O'Hara Story (1994)
overview
I won't spoil too much. This is actually a good film, it is a little hard watching uncle Jessie be a jerk, and this guy gives lessons. He is such the murderer it is unbelievable, Cynthia Gibb plays his man whipped wife and she is totally helpless, I think if Candace Cameron saw this she would disown him. Worth watching. He gets caught in the end and then your angry.-Garry Hixon of Mirror Vision Inc.,There are other films where John Stamos is playing villains, but this one is the worst. He doesn't do very well when it comes to playing anything other than Uncle Jessie, he would do better if he played positive role models instead of ripping the kids off with some anti-Uncle Jessie clown show,if you want to be a good actor, go with your strengths.
