What is that?
7 September 2023
The manga series which then became an anime TV show has now been adapted into A such nonsense by Netflix!

It can't be compared to any good movie as this is a total fail in every piece: casting, acting, characters, costumes, fights, story etc.

All characters goggle and mug like they're in a B-class comedy.

Producers put a kit of effort into the action sequences but they look like a parody from Asia such as Shaolin Soccer or Kung Fu Hustle but a few levels below.

But... how annoying these fish-eye lenses and unceasing handheld low-angle close-ups!

This show just pretends the high-level piece of cinema but in reality it's just another dull project released by Netflix.

extremely stupid Jurassic shark
27 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
If the first movie was a good fun watch where unbeatable Jason Statham goes against a juggernaut-sized prehistoric shark and wins, this one is a total mess that should never been happened.

This Jurassic Shark bring other creatures into the mix but by doing that it makes it even worst to watch.

There is an absolute vacuum between characters and look alike you watch a cheap film but with good faces who should bring the quality at least by acting but even they can't do anything inside this crappy story.

At one point, Jason Statham fights three megalodons armed with a Jet Ski and an exploding homemade harpoon, and then later he karate-kicks a dude into the maws of a leaping shark.

dull and monotonous production with a stupid lead
26 August 2023
The new action series but with absolutely stupid and naive lead character with particular set of skills.

This show is a so stupid so it can become a comedy but authors made everything to keep the intense going to make you believe in craziness on the screen.

This is a good example of what you don't want to see on the screen when they trying to sell you a fake candy.

Lazy writing, dubious casting, an uninspired plot, and above all, a raging girl-boss who is as emotional as she is strong. It is becoming a fatigued pattern across productions on all streaming platforms.

The only pleasure to see here Joye Ansah who tried to make the fight scenes as good as it is possible for such a low level show.

But who does care who is Erin Carter?

Very cool series in the best veins of 90s

Very cool series in the best veins of 90s with a brilliant villain. Boyd Holbrook.is outstanding and totally stole the whole show without any chances for other cast. The daughter of the Marshall is a very annoying character and doesn't bring anything to the show.

This is a miniature movie with all the flourish of a good action film.

If Justified was about Raylan changing, this time it is not about him.

City Primeval may fall short of enough material to fill eight episodes, and a father-daughter pairing of Olyphants falters, but it nevertheless does justice to its enduring protagonist.

Thanks for this show!

The central question being posed in Man of Tai Chi is is what a martial arts expert is fighting for.
25 October 2013
You surprised me Mr. Keanu Reeves!

I wasn't so interested to watch this movie but decided to give it a go because of Tiger Chen, it was interesting to see him in action, but besides martial arts skills as an actor he doesn't possess Jet Li or Donnie Yen's charisma.

Opening in China in July and slated for a release in the U.S. by Radius at the end of 2013 martial arts film Man of Tai Chi is a directorial debut of Keanu "Neo" Reeves with Tiger Chen as a lead.

This project heralded by China Film Group, is a prime exemplar of a foreign Hollywood star coming to China and making an authentic Chinese martial arts film with a simple and very often used storyline of a man forced to fight in undeground bare-knuckle championships against most talented fighters.
