Futurama Season 3 Episode 11 "Insane in the Mainframe"

Fry is falsely arrested and detained in a Robot Insane Asylum where he has to battle with technology trying to get a hold of ANYONE who can help get him out.

This Short literally uses the exact premise with mateo/Fry going crazy trying to prove hes not supposed to be in this facility full of technology/robots

Its very black mirror... but... again... futurama did this exact thing 20 years ago.

5/10 its not a bad little short, just unoriginal.

Dont let the negative reviews get you confused... this is not meant to be a "deep" sci-fi... its the sequel to a music video by 80's style Synth-wave artist Carpenter Brut.

This is a 50 min visual feast Featuring a killer thumping 80's sounding Carpenter Brut Soundtrack. Thats it. And its awesome.

I originally rated this show a 3... saying it was just Beverly Hillbillies, but a goofy cartoon.

Hillbilly Farming family moves to their grammas house in the big city.... but thats not all..

Cricket (main kid character) is just a ruder, more annoying, clone of Sprig Plantar from Amphibia... at first... after a few episodes... hes come to be my favorite character... hes over confident, and doesnt care about anything negative, hes goofy silly and completely likeable... its not fair to compare to amphibia hes a different character completely.

Tilly has an adorable voice, and is secretly the troublemaker of the show. Always plotting something.

Still not a fan of the character designs... which is why i wont rate it higher... but give the show a chance... i HATED it at first... now i LOVE it... and my daughter started watching it with me and she loves it!

I love magic, and i love "X" helps the FBI" type shows, (writers like in Castle, fake psychics like in Psych, wizards like in Dresden files)

So this show with its Magician (master of deception and sleights, no "real" magic here.) gimmick, is a big hook for me.

It may be pretty by-the-book like how most of these shows are, but that doesnt make it any less entertaining. Its always fun to see what the big Deception in each episode will be, and even a few twists that actually deceive viewers! (In a good, "how did i not catch that," way.

All the characters are loveable, no one character feels weak. And

If you love the types of shows i mentioned, give this one a chance. Im REALLY hoping for it to get another season... but from what i just read... its been cancelled... (why?!?!?)
