NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service: Turkey Trot (2022)
Maybe the best episode of the season!
Good to see Lilan Bowden in a prominent role. Suspenseful plot, good acting by the villain, interesting dialogue between Jess and Robin. Not sure what some of the other reviewers are expecting, but it's NCIS. It hit all the high notes, had good interaction among the main characters, and was a fun hour of television. Just let yourself enjoy things without nitpicking everything all the time.
In my opinion, not that they're going to read this and follow it, the writing team would do well to dig deeper into the backstories of Knight and Parker. They're two good characters who could still use some fleshing out. Hopefully we get even more of that soon.

Best S7 Episode yet!
Easily the best episode yet from Season 7 and likely better than most from Season 6. I was concerned that though the show was still funny, it was getting to be more of a rehash of old jokes and less a fresh, clever sitcom. But this episode gives me great hope for the future. I'm going to have to watch it again to make sure I caught every little joke and funny interaction between the characters.

Culmination of a superb season with a fantastic episode
This season has been phenomenal, even for the best show on TV. The finale was nothing short of spectacular. Gibbs' personal problems came to a head in a way that bind him and Fornell even closer together, despite their differences. Joe Spano turned in the best acting job of the season. The whole season came together in such a way that we really see the point of it all. Gibbs is making tough decisions -- has been all his life -- but lately he's been forced to examine how those decisions affect others more than ever before. And this episode was the perfect way to see his character development in a microcosm. I can only imagine where this leads, especially considering what happened at the end.
By the way, what Gibbs said at the very end was "Ziver", his pet name for Ziva. And the use of a term of endearment leads me to believe that she's very much not an apparition and Gibbs knows it. But we'll see.
Last Resort (2012)
Best show in a long time
This show is, honestly, the best that I've seen since Firefly. To be honest, the storyline is somewhat similar (a captain and crew going rogue against an oppressive government). There are a LOT of facets to the storyline, so don't be surprised if you feel lost at some point. Bottom line it, though, trust the producers and writers. They will bring all of the plot lines together into cohesion given time. And that's exactly what they need: time. Like Firefly, this show should not be cancelled soon (even though it's on the bubble) because these things won't be resolved quickly. Cancellation would mean never-ending cliff-hangers. If you like the show, support it! We can't let it be taken away by the TV moguls. Anyway, I'm excited to see such a well-acted, brilliant show on network TV for the time being.
