Real Love.. happens even before the first kiss
16 February 2013
Silver Linings Playbook is truly a wonderful movie. It indeed touches the heart, and portrays human emotion and bonding... in a simple yet brilliant and fascinating way. The chemistry between Pat and Tiffany is the centerpiece of this movie... which proves that forget sex..love can happen even before the 1st kiss. It may sound far-fetched... but the true love and bonding between 2 people.. sometimes can start in someplace other than physical attraction. Lovely movie! The importance of family and friends in life and not to mention the realistic portrayal of bipolar disorder is good show. Bradley cooper, Jennifer Lawrence,Robert De Niro, Chris Tucker... all have played their roles brilliantly. The Indian (of India) twist- role of Dr. Patel was a surprise, as we rarely get to see Indian characters and roles in mainstream Hollywood movie. All in all.. an awesome movie!

Entertaining...
29 November 2012
The movie form start till end.. is thoroughly ENTERTAINING. It is a good fast paced action entertainer. There's hardly any dull moment.. with minimum complications and twisters. This movie reminds about simple aspirations, the yearn to be free among everyday people and of course the ultimate triumph of good with a positive ending. This movie tries to portray(in it's own way)the everyday danger a NY city bike messenger faces. Their everyday lives and the bonds they form with each other and people around them... their unity... it's beautiful. Not to forget the good bike action sequences, good performance by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and a treat to watch ripped Dania Ramirez cycling her way around! If you are looking for a good entertainer... nothing serious... this is for you!

Youthful....
20 November 2012
This in first look may seem to be a cliché show about young friends trying to put together a life in Chicago... but once you start following subsequent episodes, believe me.. it's kinda fun. It reminds us in our mundane lives, that how friendships and true bondings are important to support one another and go through good and not so good times and circumstances. It's a youthful and enthusiastic show, which gives us a surprisingly refreshing view and a positive outlook towards, people, friendships, relations and lives all together, with keeping the background quiet realistic in today's modern American big city life. A good show indeed... of course for those who get the hang of it...!
