Why do I hate all of the characters in this movie? None of them are believable and none of them are likeable. Her mother is terrible, I couldn't finish watching it. Want to watch a good romcom? Give "Set It Up" a shot, much more worth your time.

I don't understand the high reviews of this movie, it was such a disappointment. I turned to the person I was watching with several times to say "did I miss something?" and "should I have read the comics to understand what is happening here?".
The cast was stacked, the special effects were amazing, acting was great. But the story and plot took huge jumps that made me feel I took too many washroom breaks.
I have a few questions...
How did Clark know to go to this ice excavation site? I know he overheard something, but why did it mean anything to him?
Why was Lois lane allowed to wander around that ice and how did she just happen to make her way into the space ship?
When was her brain scanned on the enemy alien ship? And when was Clark's? She apologized to Clark for it happening, to which he replied "that's ok, they did it to me too".
I could name more issues I had following the plot, but it had me wondering if I had dozed off and missed some. Repeatedly.

Has some of the most unlikeable characters in any show I've watched. Rachel Berry may be the worst, but Will Schuester makes me cringe as well. While I commend the writers for the effort in shedding light on some sensitive subjects, many times they miss the mark and it just become offensive. Yes - offensive is a great way to describe this show.

This episode seemed rushed, the storyline was a bit of a stretch. The Italian detective was so irritating I found it hard to watch his scenes.
The continued storyline concerning inspector Brackenreid was the only part that kept this episode grounded.

I'm a big fan of Portlandia, so when my friend described what the Baroness Von Sketch Show was like, I decided to give it a chance. My first episode was S2:E1 and I nearly peed myself at the first sketch. Perhaps I share the same sense of humour as these women, but I find them incredibly funny and likeable and find their writing to be very relevant! They love themselves, love women, and are not afraid to look ridiculous - so try to relax and appreciate what they are doing with this show.
