If you are coming to see a movie about debate then this is not a movie for you. The main focus of the film is about the three teens that make up the debate team and their struggles. I love how light hearted and funny this film is, and how the kids form a great bond with one another!

In most historical dramas you can tell if it's a hit in the first couple of episodes. Watching this series I know for a fact that this is up in the air. The actors are good but there's nothing special in their performances, but the scenery and costumes make up for the acting. But as the show goes on the acting and plot gets interesting. The Medici family are prominent historical figures that have a lot of material to work with. It takes a long time for you to care for the characters they aren't developed in a way that you would initially care about them. The show does show promise, especially near the end. Also the music can be a bit annoying because it always plays in almost every scene. P.S. I swear Richard Madden is wearing too much eye makeup. And his gray hair isn't fooling anyone it keeps disappearing.
