Great Blu-ray/DVD documentary material
4 May 2024
I really enjoy this documentary through and through. The way it presents Andy Warhol, his impact in the world and interviews with those who were directly in contact with him. How his worldview formed him, incredible ideas, magical creativity and all that he gave to the art world.

The quality of the content is so great, all videos, pictures, private movies and diary material. I was mesmerised by the 'AI Andy's voice' all along the documentary . I believe Andy would have loved to hear his own voice this way.

Gosh guys, I would love to see it again and again, and I would definitely buy a DVD / Blu-ray when it comes out... Hint, hint!

Good magic recommendation
5 July 2023
Scarecrow is indeed a masterpiece! Astonishing performances and creative dialogues that still bring good magic to all of us after so many decades. Gene Wilder plays an intricate and innocent scarecrow created by witchcraft, who puppet his way into romance, love and self discovery. Wilder's emotions are wondrous to behold. His beautiful baritone voice brightens and bewitches not only the characters in the play.

Gene Wilder is the reason I purchased a DVD of this play after so many years waiting for it. It is also a delight to watch young Blythe Danner, Nina Foch, Norman Lloyd, Pete Duel and Will Geer performing together.

A must-see-play that will both enchant and entertain you.

Gullible
26 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Oh gosh.. how to start? I was so excited to get to see an erotic movie in Portuguese. Unfortunately my excitement didn't last more than five minutes or less. If you want to get entertained by watching a sort of " school boys' neighbourhood film project", that's exactly what you are getting right here. That was feeling all the way, through and through. Sorry guys, I saw it to the end, despite the embarrassement of gullible acting with a strong scent of religious comedy plot. Last but not least, PG18 in the UK, seriously? Come on! Have anybody seen this movie at all before rating PG18? My conclusion is that "never buy a book buy it's cover" does include movies, too!

A classic !
22 July 2020
I have only good memories from watching this movie as a child. Even though it has a low score reviews. It's engaging, inocent and curious and like every child those days. The parents' guide reviews are just medieval and sometimes hillarious! How is it still possible in 2020 ?
