28 Days Haunted (2022)
Forced myself through this
If they took out the loud music and stop yelling and freaking out at nothing, they'd probably not have a show. I bet it's really fun playing pretend. Looks like it was so boring staying at these places for so long, I'd make up stuff as well. It's very fake and horrible acting. I wanted to enjoy a new Netflix series. I did laugh through a lot of it, because it was ridiculous.
It's like a "haunted" Big Brother set up with only a few people. In order for them to get air time they have to make stuff up. How boring if they didn't. But most people nowadays know when someone is B S ing them or not.
This was miserable to watch.
Ted Lasso (2020)
So beautifully made
The mixture of laughter and tears. Emotions all over the place. I couldn't put my phone down and had myself a Ted Lasso bingefest. I need more!!
PEN15 (2019)
A Must Watch Bingefest!!
I cannot wait until the 3rd season! I didn't even know this series existed until I saw an ad for it on tiktok. So Good!! I watched both seasons in one day. Best day ever!
Little Fires Everywhere (2020)
I didn't think I'd like this
I was very wrong lol. I was also very upset when I realized there were only 3 episodes on Hulu so far. I'm ready for more, please?! It's a great series with lots of drama! I binged it today and happy I did
It Chapter Two (2019)
Like comedies? You'll this movie!
It is a very funny 3 hour movie. Bill Hader is hilarious! He was the best thing about this movie. Problem is, it is supposed to scary (unless I'm wrong?)... Nothing was scary about IT. If that's what you want, don't go see it. You'll be very disappointed. The chemistry between the characters was there in the beginning and then quickly fizzled out towards the end. Went from good acting to really bad trying hard to pretend acting. Had pretty cringey moments throughout. A lot of the scenes made no sense, because it seemed like they were just fillers or made longer so that the movie was longer. As a drama, it was pretty good. As a comedy, it was pretty great. As a horror movie? Not even close. There are some gruesome scenes, but they are so quick that they don't have much of an impact. I wanted to love IT Chapter 2 so badly, but the reviews were sadly right.
Blown Away (2019)
I would have given a 10 star rating
I am a woman and love seeing strong women showing their strengths, but when I see that because you are a woman and that's why you won the competition? Oh no, not cool. The winner is an amazing artist, but the runner up should have won. His art was truly breath taking. If there is a next season, please don't make it so pc.
The Silence (2019)
Wow..........
If they would have just kept the wood chipper on they would have killed them all. The end. Roll the credits.
And how... how did a "cult" develop within 2-3 days after these bat demons came forth? Cutting their tongues out? Really? They still can make noise. They should have cut their voice boxes out, but that would make sense.
The family leaves their home, why? I've never thought houses made much noise.
The family leaves their van...even though the bat demons never attacked it while it was moving.
This movie made no sense throughout it. This movie is a filler.
The Haunting of Hill House (2018)
Is Slow, But Keep Watching Until The End!
I had my doubts. Especially during the first 4 episodes. It was very slow and full of details that didn't make sense. Watching this made me feel like I was reading a book. Books have lots of fillers and details that seem unnecessary, but later you see they are beneficial. I watched the first 4 episodes and didn't have a desire to watch the rest, until a week ago I decided to give the rest a chance. It Was Great!! You just have to stick with it. Everything starts to make sense. I binged watched the other 6 episodes. Paranormal storyline. Give it a shot. You won't regret it.
