The Office (2019)
Nothing original
Literally copied dialogues, characters and ideas also. Just one question........why?
Broken Horses (2015)
Brilliant touch of Bollywood to Hollywood!
I had always felt bad about not been able to see Munna Bhai M.B.B.S in theater at the time it came out because it was the movie I have loved forever. Well I never missed another Vidhu Vinod Chopra's movie. He is unbelievably talented in his own way of character driven films. He shows emotions in a way that has never been seen before but felt by everyone. May be that is the reason, his films are so good.
Honestly I was little worried about the fact that Indian Cinema has its own way and "Broken Horses" might not be able to get to the taste of international audience but boy I was wrong. Not only did he make a wonderful movie for all but he has been successful in bringing two different cultures closer.
Broken Horses is a story of two brother, living away from each other for long time. Its time for younger brother to get married but wait "Buddy" has a gift for him.
The writing is just brilliant. No loop-holes in the script. No dip in the screenplay. Characters are fully developed.Specially "Buddy". Chris Marquette is absolutely mesmerizing in this movie. He plays a character who is still like a child and needs to take care of but in the wrong hands, he has become killer.
Vincent D'Onofrio plays the manipulating villain that uses Buddy to do his dirty work.
Anton Yelchin has played character of younger brother of Buddy. He hasn't been around to take care of his brother which he promised to his dad.
Vidhu Vinod Chopra's movies do make you feel that untouched corner of your heart which you might have forgotten. This movie was successful in doing that once again. He owns this movie and I strongly recommend all to see this. I bet you will all go Banana, after watching this.
PK (2014)
Brilliant piece of work yet not 3idiots!
Well Mr. Perfectionist is back with PK and as expected it is an excellent movie. Aamir Khan is known for working hard for his characters and boy he did so much work. This movie will entertain you and make you laugh but it is Not 3idiots. So keep your expectations accordingly. I felt the character weak. Story could have been better too. It needed work. I felt Raju Hirani completed script little too soon. You will love Aamir for his hard work for this character. Anushka has also done good job with her character "Jaggu". Sushant looks simple in his small appearance. I would say this movie should be watched for Aamir and Raju Hirani. Go and enjoy this movie.
How I Met Your Mother: Slapsgiving 3: Slappointment in Slapmarra (2014)
Very disappointed
What the hell is wrong with you guys. What on earth is going on with your writers. I mean this slap should have been for writers and everyone. I am so disappointed with this final season specially this episode. You are better than this. I hope rest of the episodes are just as awesome as we expect them to be. I wish you have not done something like this again in upcoming episodes. Talk to cast of show I am sure they have figured out till now that it was a bad idea or may be you all were shooting it without even reading story. HIMYM is all about unexpected humor with new and creative stories. Please don't forget this.
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
What a master piece!
This was one of the most excellent movie I have ever seen. Such great acting and characters this movie turns out to be more than your expectations. You might see many jail movies but nothing is even near to this movie. The best line is "Andy Dufresne was my friend." The way Morgan freeman says it, it's wonderful. Acting of Tim Robbins is remarkable. I really wonder why this movie could not win Oscars. Having Morgan Freeman in film itself is a tag of excellent script. Besides that direction is also very well done. You will not have seen such planned and brilliant movie till now Do watch it. This movie deserves to be on top.
