I guess Sony nailed it with this Animation movie, they were struggling to capitalize on Spiderman for a long time. Finally they have delivered with stunning visuals and background score.

This movie is fast, sticks to the story and avoiding too many emotional scenes.

Every Spiderman is a treat to watch and plays some good roles.

Worth watching it ! Hope Sony has better plans for second movie and won't spoil or try to just benefit from firsts success.

Overall the summary sums it up. It has amazing visuals and overall the space drama. However, story is certainly been dragged, there are so many things which are not at all close to story and makes no sense. So, have to say - 3/10. If the story was regular one, I would have given 7 but it's too much long.

I liked Jolly LLB, it was one of the best movies of the time. No typical Bollywood stupidity (though there was some romantic part to it)

So, obviously, the expectations were high. However, when you have a star in the movie, sometimes, the script & screenplay is shadowed by the stardom.

Hence, I wasn't much sure about how Akshay's involvement will affect.

But, the movie stands out. In the first part, it was about how richer class exploits the system. This time, it's the system itself.

The screenplay, story is really good. Akshay delivers well. Huma does the great job. As usual, Anu Kapoor adds an extra flavor.

However, it's the Rajiv Shukla (judge) who wins in both the movies.

I watched Kong in IMAX for the first time & I have become fan of it. This movie is best in most categories. Pure entertainment.

You get action just when you needed. All the actors have surprisingly got most of screen share.

Script is good, CGI is amazing. Animals and nature looks breathtaking.

It's far better than Godzilla, where the animals were just roaring nothing else. Here they have lot's of things in the script. There's story going on. Just wonderful.

A must watch film in theaters only, I won't see the impact would be that much in TV screens.

I watch this movie quite late, actually too late.

The movie is very well directed, handles a critical issue with trying to be unbiased at best.

Acting by John is very much impressive. I still think, it's his one of the best movies. I never liked him before as actor, this movie changes my mind. Sorry for Nargis Fakhri, she just doesn't fit as an actor. Other actors do their jobs just perfectly.

Locations are just best, one of the movie that can be compared with any Hollywood movies. Direction, Cinematography, Sounds everything is far better than other Bollywood movies.

Key thing is it tries to be unbiased on the issue. No side wins, it's a defeat for all, is the message of the movie.

Why to watch: 1. Some to add on the knowledge of Tamil issue in Sri Lanka & Assassination of Prime Minister (may not be factually correct)

2. Works almost in all the areas as a movie.

3. Thanks for no songs (not just any other Bollywood movie)

Why not: 1. Nothing as such !

This was one of the most awaited movies. Watching lots of big animal movies like Transformers is an amazing experience. But as I said, this movie lacks story and screenplay.

So, I wanted to see Godzilla.

The expectation were very high... Obviously. Godzilla's part in every scene lifts the movie.

Why to watch 1. For really big animals and for that same feel. 2. Graphics is really good.

Why not to watch 1. Bit lengthy, many unnecessary things. 2. Lots of loopholes, not an expected thing. It irritates while watching a movie. 3. Story, it's just not fast enough.

After the first part I was eagerly waiting for this. It has everything a movie needs, Action, Love, Story !

This movie is quite mature to the first one and serious too. After the first blockbuster you expect lot more from the next version.

Dreamworks stands to the expectation.

Movie is an entertainment flick. Not a single moment it deviates you from watching it.

Hiccup and Night Fury are just amazing so as other characters.

A must watch for the family.

I had no plans to watch this movie but heard so much about it, I couldn't resist.

First thing you notice about the movie is it's picturisation and direction. It's unique. It's funny. Direction sticks to the plot and most importantly avoids unnecessary details. I felt it typical British comedy. Every character of the film has a true part and not unnecessarily involved.

Another best thing is background score. That keeps you laughing. Best used.

There are many parts where film picks the top place.

Though in the start it takes time to evolve the story, else everything is good to watch a movie.

Last movie was blunder for someone like me who is a big fan of Spiderman. I understand because of some business reasons Sony released the first one.

This time it look like a better worked film. It's on a big canvas as you expect this super hero to be. Everything looks so big.

The plot is a known story. Electrode. Another super villain made of electric eel ! 3D is amazing and watching yourself to go jump and swing like a Spiderman is just great. Story makes you stick to your sits for most of the movie. Action scenes are just great, thanks to the skills of director. Love story between Spiderman and Gwenn is romantic and a plus point. The background score is another plus point of this movie.

Though there are some negative points to the movie as well. Electro role is bit confusing, you don't sympathize him neither you hate him. Sometimes, rarely, story may get just stretched a little bit.

Everything else is a good watchable experience.

This movie is really very colorful. Though to some extent it's less entertaining than the first one, it's definitely a watchable treat.

It takes through a journey from a city to the beautiful amazon jungle. As usual it is so much colorful. They have worked hard on music as well.

Specially, the kids are amazing.

Why Watch: 1. Colorful backgrounds, it's Amazon and it's not a website, the Jungle !

2 Songs and Dance, feels like dancing.

3 Story, Yeh it's about deforestation and it's impact.

4. Funny dialogues

Why not - Not for a serious moviegoers

DC sometimes make animated movies way better than the actual ones. No doubt I am a big follower DC movies for the adult direction.

Till now, I found most of the movies fine, enjoyed watching them. However, this movie stands out for it's too much of action and noise and not because of the story or direction.

Every superhero in it's youngest form is a treat to watch. That's what I was waiting for a long time. It's hard to imagine old superhero.

Why watch: DC fans. Unique reboot

Why not: 1. Too much of noise. 2. Less story, less dialogues. More fight and more noise.

The movie is all about the great performances of Tom Hanks as Captain Philips and Barkhad Abdi as Pirate !

Story: Based on a true story of a pirate attack on Maerks Line's Alabama container ship. Picturization is just amazing.

First 10-15 mins are for Tom Hanks great acting, he makes every scene look so easy and simple.

But I can tell you, till the last 10-15 mins, Barkhad Abdi takes all. Standing against the legendary actor, he shown that he has that charm. As a pirate he has shown his skills.

All credit goes to him, showing a confident pirate and then a no-hope pirate is just amazing.

Watch it once.

It's a larger than life movie. If you like watching big robots it's the movie for you.

Story isn't that great. Alien invasion. point. I like transformers for huge robots, style. The same thing happens with Pacific Rim as well.

Forget about the story. Action is more on style, at some point you may think how could it be possible. Ohh there is a mistake, but still you get entertained.

That's the specialty of the movie.

Watch for fun. Don't be serious. Watch like a grown up kid who still likes Cartoon... !

No doubt I love the series. The way the things have make alive, shows the hard work of Peter Jackson and others. Though it's difficult to compare the book and movie. But he is trying to put everything from the book to movie.

Good: Like other movies, Peter Jackson has made a true entertaining fantasy film. Direction, Screenplay & Story is truly amazing. People complaint about the last part having less action and more drama. This time it's full of action. And it's fast too !

Bad: Nothing as such. Abrupt end stop your entertainment. For me, it was like Why the movie ended ?

So go and watch this amazing fantasy/action film.

There was no intention to watch this movie. Trailer and story didn't click to me. However, I accidentally watch this movie.

This movie is about a snail dreams about being Indy 500 race champion. How he get powers, how he enters into the race and finally what happens is a nice journey to watch.

Movie is short and sticks to the story. Animation is really good. I thought as Snail is the hero the movie from their perspective will be very slow but this is never the case.

Story is somewhat acceptable for children but watchable for elders as well. This is a nice movie to watch for 90 mins.

There is nothing best about the movie. So it is just a watchable. It won't bore you.

Overall Ratings: 6/10

Summery : This is one of the best movie in series.

It was all about cars. This time, it is not just cars, it's more on speed with less cars. Story is nice to make you seat. Movie is quite fast with some mix action. Some fight scenes made realistic but some are not. Anyway, at few things you think about how could they do it ? But they are doing it.

All the cast and crew have worked great. Action sequences are awesome, breathtaking. Plot is good & keeps you with it.

Why watch: This movie is not about cars as I said before. It has a story. Really good action

Why not: It's an entertainment with hardly at few places you think it's not possible or why they ? For that I won't say anything about story, you must watch it.

Why watch: Nothing special but for the good plot & screenplay. Why not: Its like Die Hard & many other films.

"Olympus has Fallen" has really good cast who does their jobs honestly. But still there is something missing. Plot is quite familier. Some place in US is under terrorist attacks (In this WHITE HOUSE) & how one officer, against all odds saves president & ultimately US.

As I said, actors have done their jobs perfectly.

Story is good, screenplay is nice. There is no time wasted in the story. The initial incident shown in the movie was quite not necessary.

There's nothing much to write about it. Watch it for pass time.

Overall 3 stars or 5/10 !

Why Watch: Terror with some real fun. Why not: There's nothing like that.

Have fun for 129 Mins

After enjoying a ride at Walt Disney World with same name, I was quite interested to see the movie. No doubt Disney ride & it's beautiful/full of terror place is just amazing. I doubt if anyone alone can really go to that place. They have created exactly what you expect from haunted place.

Story: Fantastic, it's about a 4 people just get disappeared on one night in a hotel elevator and some twists and turns in later. Story makes you stick to chair.

Direction: Thanks for director actually for taking efforts not to run away from the story for a single moment. The story concentrates entirely on it's goal. It's fast, there's no time to think about anything.

Why Watch: Actually, there's no bloody horrifying scenes. There's nothing in the movie that will keep kids away from the movie. Director does his job for making a horror film with what he has. This movie is definitely make to watch with family. Thanks Disney for same.

Why not: Nothing actually to stop you watching. It's 129 mins of pure entertainment.

It is one of the most anticipated movie of the year. First part was a huge success with Gru, Minions & Girls. So this movie was a must watch for me.

It is obvious that you expect a lot from the movie. Let me tell you, if you haven't seen first part go and watch the movie though you won't get the references about who is who. But it's OK. You will like it.

For those who have watched first part, guys don't watch in theaters. Yes, I am saying truth. It is not the worst movie. It will be good entertaining 90 mins. but the excitement with which you will try to see, you will get bored. For children it is OK, they don't care about story, direction. For them it's absolute fun.

Here are my thought about the movie.

Why Watch: Fun of minions - First part revolved mostly around Gru with some short but best minions fun. This time story is WITH the Gru but with breaks of funny minions (which is not always) it's like watching a boring movie with really good commercials.Same here, Gru's story with some snippets of minions shorts. Agnes - Agnes here got some focus due to her funny cuteness. Other part - This is the actual story. which is funny at times but boring as well. It doesn't take you to the peak of fun but there are ups and downs.

Why not: Boring story. This movie doesn't have the soul. Direction: Story doesn't focus on the story. Instead takes some minions shorts & other funny shorts. It's just not continuous.

Overall score: 5/10

Why watch - Good story. Why not - For many reasons (+ Wrong type of Adult contents)

Shootout at Wadala is based on the first ever encounter recorded in Mumbai, India. Antagonist is the protagonist here. The story is based on Manya Surve famous underworld soon to be don of the Mumbai & his encounter. Quite similar to Shootout at Lokhandawala this movie is also quite similar but happens in 80's. Director has done a good job of creating picture of 80's Mumbai. Direction in terms of screenplay could have been better but story is fast enough except on some love story part & un-necessary songs ! Songs of the movie are worst. Tried to catch the glamour of Sunny Leaone, Priyanka Chopra but fails due to the core part i.e. Music. John tried to act well, but his Marathi is still not good. It's problem when you know Marathi. Hats off to Anil Kapoor, at the age of 56, he still looks like a 40 and no doubt about his acting. Good think about his acting is he has kept typical Anil Kapoor away i.e. his zakas image. Jackie Shroff done well as cameo. Tusshar Kappor tried at his best. Big dialogues delivery from Tusshar is hard to digest but it's OK. Manoj Bajpei, Sonu sood & others have done good job as always.

Why not to watch: There are many things. 1. Lots of bad words. They are delivered in such a way that, it feels like they are saying it forcefully. 2. No double meaning - straight words. 3. Nowadays, Bollywood movies are focusing on special dialogues so much that they are trying to say every dialogue in slow motion with style that the movie become styling than story telling. This is where you loose the audience. 4. Songs - Not at all good & keeps you away from story. 5. This might be personal, but I never like villains shown as Heroes in the movie. That has some bad impact.

After long waiting, finally Man of Steel arrived. With Zack Snyder & C Nolan you expect some serious entertainment. I tell you - It is a serious matter.

This movie is amazing for many reason, Superman is larger than life, You can't expect him to save a car or train. He is even way stronger than other superheroes, his plot must be that huge and that's what this movie gives. No comedy, no boring things in movie. As superman is SUPERMAN his villains should be equally powerful that's why General Zod is best villain to fight against.

The movie doesn't leave it's story path. Action scenes are amazing & truly justifies superman level fight even better than many superhero movies so far ! Superman it truly fast or actually faster.

Anything bad about movie ? Not exactly, some may see it's bit loud but with so much of fight, it is expected. I didn't like the 3D though (May be issue with AMC), it's effective in few parts, like superman's first flight he learns which Looks too great ! Other problem is, he is limited to US only , the superhero of such a power is concern about saving only US ? Too bad.

So overall watch it for some serious fun !
