Jennifer Lawrence makes this average script come alive on screen. Although it is a fun movie to watch, it could have been so much more than what it is. This movie was a huge missed opportunity in my opinion. What could have been an unique and interesting angle to look at introverts' psychology turns into Hollywood cliches and a predictable story. Nonetheless it is a good watch for Jennifer Lawrence fans and anyone who is looking for a lighthearted dramedy. Unfortunately I fear that this movie is going to become a forgotten product in a few years as it fails to stand out as a comedy or as a drama.

Disney should start hiring writers with competence and credentials. I don't care about the gender or ethnicity of the lead, but diversity is not a proxy for character development.

I am three episodes in and so far I have found nothing likeable about She-Hulk. There is no personality trait or struggle or conflict that made me root for her.

She (the writer actually) thinks training is mansplaining.

She is better because.. why not? I have no problem with her being stronger than Bruce Banner, but at least show how or why.

There's hardly any courtroom drama for the attorney at law.

The dialogues seem social media driven. Walters says, "Let's not forget who the show is about" or something to that effect in Ep3. The writers feel like the characters need to respond fan's opinions or criticism or excitement about other established characters appearing in the show - in this case they are Bruce Banner and Matt Murdock. It's a pattern with MCU these days. Mighty Thor did the same.

Overall, it is a very poorly written character. It has nothing to do with the character herself. The incompetence of the writers are to be blamed for this.
