The Psychopath Life Coach (2023)
Poor show from Netflix: Advert pretending to be a documentary
Watching this documentary isn't just a waste of time; it feels like it diminishes the quality of life. The whole thing seems like a drawn-out ad, focused on promoting the central figure and his questionable business practices. What's really disappointing is the initial promise it gives off - it teases a deep dive into the person's life, possibly shedding light on controversial or negative aspects. But that hope quickly fades, revealing the film's true nature: an extended, glorified advertisement.
It's worrying that Netflix, once known for its high standards, includes such content. This documentary's presence hints at a possible shift from those standards, maybe due to financial incentives from the documentary's subject. This change raises doubts about the platform's integrity in selecting content.
This documentary doesn't just lack a fair or critical perspective on its subject; it also represents a bigger problem in the entertainment industry. Here, commercial interests often overshadow the need for informative, unbiased, and high-quality content.

Clean Slate the Movie (2016)
Clean Slate quality independent film
"Clean Slate" is a thought-provoking film that explores themes of hope, tragedy, and revenge in today's society. The movie follows Sean, a man who has just been released from prison, as he tries to reconnect with his family and start a new life.
The opening scene of the film sets the tone for the story, as Sean surprises his family with a visit and a promise to turn his life around. However, tragedy strikes, leaving Sean emotionally shattered and his family life in ruins. The movie then takes a darker turn, as Sean sets off on a path of revenge that could destroy everything Sean has worked for.
What I appreciated most about "Clean Slate" was the way it tackled serious issues that are relevant in today's society. The movie explores the challenges faced by ex-convicts trying to reintegrate into society, the impact of crime on families, and the difficult choices that people are forced to make when faced with extreme circumstances.
The performances in "Clean Slate" were also excellent, with the actors bringing depth and nuance to their characters. The emotional weight of the story was carried by Sean, whose struggles and pain were palpable on screen.
Overall, I would highly recommend "Clean Slate" to anyone looking for a thoughtful and engaging movie that delves into important issues. It's a powerful reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope for a brighter future.
The Escape (2017)
Terrible Movie
What can you say about this film. Is it about a depressed women unwilling to seek help and treatment or that of a selfish self absorbed lady. It's slow and uninteresting throughout with a weak story and even weaker acting and that's a shame considering the actors involved. I wouldn't bother wasting your life watching this movie.
Black Swan (2010)
Overrated Movie If 2011
After much torment from the wife. I decided to take her to watch this movie and boy was it the most overrated movie I've seen in many years. The story is boring and painful and the only thing that kept me from leaving the cinema was the quality of the acting. Don't listen to or believe any of the pro critic reviews as these are just wrote by people that have had their pockets inflated by the studios. The money spent from making this movie could have been used to make something worth watching and not this torture of a shipwreck. If I could go back one day and take those wasted hours of my life back that I'd spent in that cinema I would for sure or on the other hand I should just sue the production company for wasting my life.
