Irreversi (2010)
a married couple embarking into a web of deceit and betrayal
"Irreversi", directed by Michael Gleissner presents the tale of a married couple whose lives become entangled in a web of deceit and mistrust. The conclusion draws on a twist which very few people would see coming. Presented well, the movie draws from top-notch performances from its main as well as supporting cast. The professional cinematography to the elaborate sets to the near perfect direction makes the movie an entertaining and gripping melodrama. The movie moves at a moderately good pace and never begins to drag thereby keeping the audience engaged at all points. A must-see drama, the movie is certainly worth watching.
Midnight Movie (2008)
A mad movie villain comes to life
"Midnight Movie" offers more thrills than your average roller coaster. Directed by Jack Messitt, the film keeps the audience on its toes throughout its entire duration. Set in a cinema complex, the story follows a grizzly movie villain come to life who stalks and kills the audience members systematically. The chase soon turns into a cat and mouse game between the hunter and the hunted. The many Point of View Shots put us into the characters minds and shoes and the thrills are a lot more powerful than they would be in the average horror flick. Ted, the mass murdering villain would Freddy and Jason a run for their money as he proves to be just as charismatic and deadly.
