The bank robbery / Feel lucky, Punk? / "I got's to know." scene near the start of this classic movie rates up there with Slim Picken's hydrogen bomb ride as a classic movie scene. It's worth seeing just for that. The rest is pretty good, too.

Anti-establishment late '70s truckin' fun movie. Great flick with truckin', hot rods and CB radio-speak. A magnificant late '70s American movie. Great cast. Burt is perfect, as is Jackie Gleason as the ultimate redneck sheriff. (Jerry Reed is easy to ignore, but SHINED.) Sally Field shined as well. It's easy to see how Burt and Sally hooked up after this one in real life. The chemistry showed in the movie and helped make it real. Very funny. You need to watch it for what it's worth. They were'nt trying for an Oscar. (Thank goodness.) If you like a simple plot with car-chase action, you will LOVE this movie. Thanks, Hal Needham!

Great comedy 1980s High School movie. (OK, it won't win an Oscar - often a good thing.)It is funniest for guys, I think. Billy Jacoby steals the movie as a hyper-horny adolescent schoolboy. He has too many hilarious scenes and good lines to go into. Don't miss it if you like 1980s (any era?) high school comedies from a guy's perspective. The star, Joyce Hyser is also a bonus treat.

This is one creepy movie. If you like horror/sci-fi, you will like this one. Great acting. Fishburne as the ship's captain is outstanding. The Cooper character adds much as the "lifesaver and the heartbreaker". All others are outstanding as well. I love movies and this one creeps me out like few others. Check this one out. 4 out of 4 stars for the genre.
