Grey's Anatomy: In My Life (2021)

Teddy-demption
26 March 2021
This was a beautifully crafted episode. This was what we needed for Teddy's arc because it just kind of fizzled out and she was starting to appear as a slight villain, and she really isn't, she's just human. This was a powerful insight into what she's gone through in her life and makes a lot more sense. I really do think this is one of the best episodes this season and I hope we get more Teddy going forward. I'm also sure that with Amelia getting through to Owen, he'll come through and start to understand as he's also someone with PTSD.

WandaVision: The Series Finale (2021)

PHASE 4: EPIC START
5 March 2021
WOW! What a mind blowing, emotional and action packed finale! THAT is how you do a finale! I am in absolute awe and I am so upset that this show has come to an end! I've loved it since episode 1 and each episode just built and built without dropping the wow factor.

Olsen and Bettany are insane together. Powerhouses. I am so excited for the next instalments to come. Doctor Strange 2 is going to be epic!

Also, stay tuned at the end as there is a credits scene after the main credits and also one right at the very end of the black and white credits!

Mulan (2020)

She is Hua Mulan!

I was very sceptical of this movie for a while because the 1998 original was and is my favourite Disney movie of all time. It's a story of its own and has a beautiful theme throughout.

Now, comes the 2020 live-action release and it did not disappoint. The characters were beautiful portrayed, even with the changes from the '98 version.

Fans may be mad because there isn't any musical songs throughout, and I get that, but they've done it well with the stunning instrumental pieces that appear in the background, that resonate the songs we know and love.

You won't be disappointed though, as Christina comes back and outdoes herself with a fresher rendition of Reflection, and the new song Loyal, Brave, True in the credits.

There are so many differences to the original, and so many things they kept the same. It was a great addition for the movie and it kept you thinking as you already know the story, but not the fine tuning and added action that was coming!

I think this movie was very tastefully done and compliments the '98 version nicely. I would recommend this to any fan of Mulan and to give it the chance it deserves, as I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Loyal, Brave and True to the original story. Well done.

The White Queen: In Love with the King (2013)

Make way for the Queen of England

I feel that this episode was a great start to the series, and had a good deal of drama that has been set up straight away to then unfold later on in the series.

Some great actors that have been cast in this series and a good job they did by casting the wonderful Rebecca Fergusson.

Episode 1 is exactly what is needed for the start of a new series to hook in the viewers at home. This has definitely made me want to continue the series, to see the beautiful craftsmanship of that Philippa Gregory has written, elegantly displayed on our screens at home.

So as soon as I saw the cast of the movie, I knew it was going to be a great one, I didn't even have to watch the trailer to know that. This movie is a mixture of comedy, sadness and happy vibes. It will leave you feeling happy and wanting to make the most of your life.

I would highly recommend this movie to anyone who wants a feel good adventure!

Mind-bending Goodness!
5 June 2018
So, when this movie was initially released, I was aware of it, but not fully aware. Then I kept seeing people posting about it, so one time on a day off of mine, I decided to sit in bed and watch it. 5 minutes in, I was HOOKED.

I have probably watched this movie more than 30 times, and each time I pick up on something new, and that's what I call an epic blockbuster.

This is my favourite movie of all time, and I will always recommend this to everyone. The storyline is unique and it captures you each and every time you watch. The emotion throughout is gripping and I will always have an attachment to it.

Well done, Christopher Nolan, you are a genius.
