I story edited the pre-school series, 'The Wumblers', which won a Silver Telly Award (with my script, 'What To Do'), 3 Bronze Telly Awards and 2 Silver Angel Awards from Excellence in Media. I have also been nominated for 'Best Animation Script' from the Writer's Guild of Canada, for my Rolie Polie Olie script, 'Two Not So Easy Pieces'.
I have story edited on three other series. I have also story edited three feature films - "New Waterford Girl" (produced), "Grade Five" and "Sweet Dreams", the latter two are in development.
In 2007, I helped develop one of the first webisode series, "Gemma", for the Women's World Cup of Soccer. I also wrote 12 of the 24 episodes. You can see an example of Gemma at my professional FB page: https://www.facebook.com/CopywriterScriptwriter
In the last few years, I have dipped my toe in Virtual Worlds and computer games, working as Senior Writer on Webkinz.com, Creative Lead on Arbopals.com and Story Editor on "Careertown", an educational computer game for in class use.

Folk Art Found Me (1993)
Excellent film on Folk/Outsider Art in Nova Scotia
If you're serious about art, and collecting and buying, here is a film that shows honest artists, not spoiled by college training, or the history of art or aesthetics. In fact, in their own way, are creating their own aesthetic. Without prompting, the artists state an artistic credo worthy of any artist anywhere.
Apart from the artists, the film features some very intelligent views on folk art, on trying to keep the innocence of the creation of it pure, while at the same time dealing with the artists' own gains in popularity.
In the end, it's the artist's own words that best represent what they are doing, and of course the work itself, of which you will see a lot. If you're looking for some back road charm, you can't get any better than Nova Scotia. After all these years, this film still holds up.
