I'm with Her (2003–2004)
Darling New Comedy with a Brilliant Cast
10 September 2003
This last weekend I was able to go to the ABC Primetime Preview Weekend. I was able to be one of the first few people to view the pilot of this show. My friends and I were part of the 'preview audience' you always hear about. I found this show to be so appealing in more ways than one. Of course it is just darling, based on the true love story of one of my favorite actresses, but it has that certain spark and charm that doesn't come along so often anymore.

Teri Polo and David Sutcliffe are darling as the leads, your heart actually flutters and breaks along with thiers, where Rhea Seehorn and Danny Comden are hilarious as the sister and best friend of the two.

As far as script/plot goes - it seemed pretty flawless. Hardly any over the top cheezy or dull moments. I can't wait to see more of this show and follow the hilarious journey they have set up for their audiences.

Brilliantly Done
28 December 2002
For those who do not know the basic story of William Shakespeare's 'Macbeth', this movie may seem a bit...odd. You may want to read some Cliff's Notes before watching if you don't know the story. Maura Tierney performs almost flawlessly in this film. I love her in other things, but her portrayal of Pat McBeth was amazing. She captures the essence of 'Lady Macbeth' and puts a new twist on the character, that is both hilarious, and disturbing(in a good way) Tierney's husband, Billy Morrisette who wrote the film should be considered for the Academy Awards. He took a giant leap of faith with this film, and came out with flying colors. This film could have bombed...big time, but a perfect cast, excellent writing, and almost simple effects make for a perfect movie.

Girls Club (2002)
Awesome show!!
30 October 2002
Contrary to the aweful reviews this show has gotten, I was happily surprised at how edgey and fun it was. My best friends and I watch it together, and have our own 'girls club'. Some say it is too 'girly' but hey, they are girls! I loved pretty much everything about the show. David E. Kelley continues with the brilliant writing that got him to be a favorite at the Emmy's. I think people need to give this show a chance before writing it off after just two episodes. The storylines are pretty original, and it shows more of the emotional lives and aspects, rather than JUST the courtroom. 4 stars in my book.
