The Road to Hollywood (1947)
Waste of time
Pathetically bad "biopic" of Bing Crosby
Contains a number of lame comedy sketches linked together by the purported story of Bing's career story
Includes some racist scenes including one with Bing in blackface
Some songs by Bing but sound quality is pretty bad.
Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story (2000)
Pretty lame
Fantastical story line that has nothing to do with Lucy Maud Montgomery's books. I could barely keep up with all of the ridiculous plot twists. The only reason I rated this higher than a "1" was that the acting was fine. Don't waste your time on this one - stick with the first two.
The Last of Mrs. Cheyney (1929)
Dated
This version is very painful to watch. All of the acting is very stilted but especially that of Norma Shearer who is still acting as though she were in a silent movie instead of a talkie. Check out the 1937 version with Joan Crawford, Robert Montgomery and William Powell which is much more entertaining.
