Gosford Park (2001)
10/10
Excellent

Gosford Park was stylishly elegant and clever. The way the plot worked through the servants below stairs and the masters above was great. The characters were well written and extremely well acted. The multitude of excellent stars in this is almost unequaled. Emily Watson and Richard E. Grant were great as usual. I loved it!

I love this show!

This show is hilarious. All the characters are funny!! Sean and his brother crack me up. I enjoy the format of the show, which starts at the end and then tells back the story of what happened earlier. I hope it does not get tossed off the network any time soon, but I am sure it won't last for more than a few more seasons.

A lot of "period" humor, without a lot of laughs...

I was very excited to see "That 80's Show," mainly because I love "That 70's Show." Unfortunately, the show relied on many jokes, shown over and over again in previews and was not very funny. The characters did not have much depth and were very predictable. I also did not enjoy one inappropriate reference to cocaine use during the 80's.

If the show gets over the gags and goes to have some fun with the characters, it has a possibility of becoming funny, but right now, it does not look good.
