If you love westerns, this is one to watch. It's a little slow, but never boring. There's a shocking twist at the end that is best kept as a secret so don't read spoilers. Has some Unforgiven vibes in the sense the movie comes down to one massive gun fight near the end. This is definitely a well done movie with scenery and location. The acting is phenomenal!! Tim Blake Nelson is incredible! I don't often give 9's but this is up there. I plan on watching again soon. I feel the need to go back and find things I may have missed which is always fun. The writing and storyline is also superb! The twist at the end brought the whole movie together.

I saw this on Hulu with no expectations I just watched it. I think the direction, writing and acting are spot on. I only watched the pilot, but I'm looking forward to new episodes. This is a tough story to digest and I was overwhelmed with emotions. I read reviews afterwards and think the few negative ones are clowns. I think the press reviews are pathetic. There's not a lot of great new movies and tv shows. Maybe this isn't the best, but it's better than a lot of new stuff airing today. Try it... you'll know in the first 10 minutes if you should finish or not. The commish gave a solid performance!
