Dungeons and Dragons is a fantasy movie, and it could have a lot more potential than this... Reason why? The script was poorly written, poor dialogues...

The acting/cast was also below any standards.

The special effects, are nothing special... I was expecting more from a fantasy / magic movie...

Story, camera-work is just amateuristic. Music is basic, nothing special... (doesn't fit right in the movie, doesn't call any emotions...) Movie is very predictable. Disappointing plot

This is a kind of movie that gives 'Fantasy' movies a bad image...

One of the best movies i've seen what concern martial arts. Just superb. The choreography is classic. Fighters fly on wires, strike with fast hands, kick high, hold impossible poses and pull on a variety of weapons. Also fights I've never seen before, what makes it all original. They are truly breathtaking: brilliantly composed and shot.

Action from the beginning to the end in this modern fighting movie with some Asian tragedy. The locations are beautiful. The story is very simple, but who cares? (If you look for a movie with a good story, i could recommend you "house of flying daggers"). This is a movie where you find some beautiful and stunning fighting scenes. Kungfu fans would love to see this movie.

First of all, i didn't know what to expect of this movie. It's such a strange title...

The visuals (in this movie the most important thing) It's is a wonderful visual experience. Mix of decors, voice-over, action-scenes, style. The style is a mix of cartoon and Sin City, also remind me a little to Kill Bill. It was a pleasant surprise to see a movie like this. It's more like a live-action anime movie. The backgrounds are wonderful, all made from paper with gorgeous soft lighting behind it. Personally, i love that.

The movie could be more exciting, fighting scenes are not bad, but i've seen better. The end is very predictable. Harnett played his role well, but Geckt was not so good. McKidd played it very well (number 2).

So if you are looking for a movie with nice visuals, i bet this one is for you...

Normally I like to watch movies with an history like the mummy, clash of the titans, etc... But this was very hard to watch... and I've to admin this is a very bad movie...

Why? First of all, the most important thing, the story: very poor storyline and script. End is so predictable...

Secondly, the acting, awful acting, the actors don't take their role seriously, the don't live in their role. acting has no depth. No emotion at all...

Effects, just amateuristic, not credible. Looks very cheap. Fighting scenes are not even better, poor choreography...
