It is a milestone in movie making , even if a remake. You will thoroughly enjoy this sci fi thriller.... The pace is brisk enough to guard against nit-picking. Kashyap's version is actually more interesting and emotionally engaging than Mirage. If audiences accept Dobaaraa, a portal could open for sci-fi films in Hindi.

The remake isn't a frame-by-frame version even as it retains the original's major plot points.

Jump aboard.... You won't be disappointed.

The acting is top notch from all 3 lead actors.

This is a new trend emerging amongst films where they amalgate different genres smoothly. Saw the same with Rajamouli's RRR...where it amalgamates adventure, mythology and thriller genre... Good for the audience...

I am a native hindi speaker.... But I am surprised at the great quality of vernacular cinema....

Please release such movies with hindi audio upon release....

Audiences deserve this quality.

This movie is a truly comic tragic thriller.. Had it released today, it would have fared far better...

Ahead of its time.

This is an amazing movie that shows what really happens in the Bureaucracy and how this nation is being looted by unholy public private alliance. It has perfect blend of comedy, drama, romance, and hundred percent succeeds in telling us how the honest people have to suffer. Priyadarshan has succeeded to include comedy to not make it a serious plot and hats off to him to get the message through in a light way. I'm at a loss of logic why this movie should not be a hit. In my view this is a world class movie and brilliant acting done by all and of course Akshay has proved he can handle any kind of role thrown at him.
