Andor: One Way Out (2022)
this show continues to surprise me with how great it is.
Andor is genuinely so amazing. Some of the best television I've ever seen. All of the episodes have been quite good, but this one reached a new level of impressive. The writing is just so consistently solid.
The character development is consistently strong, and I'm blown away at how interesting a figure Stellan Skarsgård's character is. His revolutionary politics are so ruthless, brutal, and.... perhaps necessary? Intriguing to see a character like him come out of the Machine that is the Disney Corporation.
Anyway, I wish more people would watch this show. If something happens and we don't get a second season, I'll scream.
Quest for the Mighty Sword (1990)
Literally the worst movie I've ever seen... I want to watch it again.
The cream of the crap... This movie was literally the worst I've ever seen. Everything was wrong: plot, acting, music, costumes, special effects, script... the list goes on extensively. Every film-making mistake imaginable was made in this film... yet I loved every minute of it. Its hard to imagine it as being a legitimate effort at making a motion picture, but as far as I know, it wasn't intended to be humorous. A movie so terribly bad that it becomes so wonderfully good. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good laugh; I'm actually considering purchasing it (that is if I can find it anywhere... I doubt it).
