The Godfather (1972)
A Masterpiece.
Everyone in this movie has outstanding acting, especially Al Pacino, Marlon Brando, And John Cazale. Every time I watch this piece of art I forget that it's a movie due to the fact that the acting is so incredible.
The Many Saints of Newark (2021)
Extremely Disappointing
The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 is because of The Sopranos which I consider the greatest show ever made, James Gandolfini's son really thought he could live up to his fathers potential, instead, he made an absolute bomb of a movie. In some cases this slightly lowers my estimation of the original Sopranos. The ending makes zero sense. I really don't know why Uncle Junior would have Dickie killed. The only "reason" this "movie" if you can even call it that suggests is that Dickie was killed because he laughed at Uncle Junior when he slipped on the steps, which makes no sense what so ever. I've only watched this movie once and I don't plan on ever watching it again, even with a gun held to my head. And it also seems that the actor who played Silvio was just doing a SNL parody of Silvio and not actually trying to make the character seem interesting. Extremely disappointed since this was the prequel to a great show and what seemed to be a very hyped up trailer.
Back in the Day (2016)
Horrific
Completely copied from multiple great movies, it seems like William tried to put together goodfellas and Rocky. The acting is absolutely horrible, other than Alec Baldwin. William DeMeo should not be blamed, the person or people who told him he could act should be blamed. Christian DeMeo was either forced against his will to be in this movie by his father or was brainwashed when he was young that his father was a good actor.
