Malignant (2021)
Wouldve been better if I knew what I was actually watching but that's what rewatching is for
So normally when I go to watch I movie I haven't seen i only read the description. No trailer no images. The description of Malignant made me think that it would be a sorta crime thriller about a girl who sees murders before they happen. After about the first 5 minutes my guess was completely thrown out of the park. Was not expecting it to be a horror evil entity movie at all.
Titans (2018)
S1 = good S2 = Bad S3 = Fun
S1 was amazing. S2 was pretty bad. Good premise bad execution. S3 tough. This is where the fun begins.
Click (2006)
It's actually a pretty good movie
I went into this with 0 expectation but I was honestly surprised by how good it actually was. It has a perfect mix of comedy and drama. Also had an amazing ending. Absolutely loved it.
Adventure Time: Distant Lands: Together Again (2021)
Honestly The Best Spin-off I've seen
My expectations for this episode were set really low. I thought they were just trying to get every last drop of money from the franchise but I was absolutely amazed by this. This is Incredibly well made and you can tell a lot of thought was put into this so it wasn't just another episode. It definitely feels like it was made for a more mature audience aswell which makes sense as I can imagine they were marketing it towards people who grew up on the show. And that note mature theme works so well. I'm just speechless.
Regular Show (2010)
A show that made me laugh and cry
This show may seem like a simple wacky adventure kids show on the surface but it's anything but. After watching through the entirety of the show it amazes me that this was aired on Cartoon Network. It's not afraid to tackle dark themes; from plain old depression to the enevability of death and the knowing you can't do anything about it. It stays solid all the way through the seasons and doesn't have any unwatchable episodes. Mordicai's relationships are absolutely heartbreaking and actually makes you feel for these fictional characters. But when Pops sacrificed himself to save his friends it honestly made me cry for the first time watching a TV show. The final montage of the characters growing up topped with the song "Heroes" was just absolutely amazing and in my opinion rivals Breaking Bads ending. A brilliant ending to a brilliant show!
Regular Show: The Movie (2015)
It was better then I thought it would be
This movie was actually pretty good. O reckon the story was actually pretty solid and had a bit more of a darker tone compared to a lot of the episodes. The voice acting was also really solid and the soundtrack really ties it together.
What If...?: What If... Zombies?! (2021)
There's such thing as to much comedy
I see what Disney's tried to do here with trying to make the episode less of a horror and more comedic but it just didn't work. IMO they shouldve just stuck to one category instead of combining the two.
Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time (2009)
This game aged well
I played this game for the first ever time a couple days ago and it was honestly one of the best games I've ever played. The twists and turns in the story. The graphics even hold up. It's just an overall amazing game.
Close Enough (2020)
A less crazy Regular Show
Don't get me wrong the episodes do get pretty wild but not as bat (CENSORED) crazy as Regular Show did. But that doesn't mean it isn't just at good. I absolutely loved this show and can't wait for s3!
