Why does Star Trek do this to me??!! I've never shipped a couple harder in franchise history!!

This episode had everything, compelling storytelling, fun and flirtation, action and heart-wrenching romance. The time travel episodes are always fun and it was especially cool to see them explore more Khan history. The best part of the episode for me was the blossoming love between Kirk and La'an. I hate when a show gives me a ship that I know can never really lead to anything but it was so great watching them develop feelings. Made me want to cry in the final scene. I hope even though it will go nowhere that this is not the last we have seen of this coupling.

I really hate the episodes where Lana throws crazy shade at Clark and assumes the worst about him while giving a total stranger the benefit of the doubt.

She literally accuses him of stalking her with little provocation. She gets so upset that he isn't completely honest with her, but in these early seasons she's constantly judging him so why would he tell her the truth?
