A group of people arrive at a lodge in the mountains. All of them have driven their cars until they're empty of fuel, seems no-one thought of filling up or carrying spare.
All the expected residents and staff are missing and one by one the new group begin to disappear as well, often while in a group but not in line-of-sight of anyone.
Interesting premise if somewhat cliched, however it sets up an interesting third act.
(SPOILER) unfortunately there is no third act, the movie finishes with not a shred of explanation as to what caused the disappearances, where they went or how anything in the plot happened!
A truly pointless movie with a stupid ending. If the writer couldn't think of a way to complete it then why make it in the first place?
