May December (2023)
No idea how they got this cast...
This movie is bad with a capital B. I'm really not sure how they got to A listers like Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore to act in this.
First off, it feels and is shot like an ABC after-school special. For some reason there are random single shots that have nothing to do with the story.
There is very little obvious conflict until the end and it's pretty predictable. The movie never get to tell the story it's trying to tell. The plot meanders and there's very little that contributes to the single plot point near the end.
Highly forgettable and not with your time even if you are a fan of these too fine actress es.
Clickbait (2021)
Keeps you guessing right up to the end...
Lies, double and triple crosses lots of misdirection. Very surprising ending.
Cry Macho (2021)
Sad this will likely be Clint's sawn song...
The movie would fit well in the Disney lineup. Plot is wafer thing. The dialogue is forced and dry. The overall acting is not great.
Rental at best.
The Suicide Squad (2021)
Laughable.
One of the dumbest movies ever made. The first one was atrocious and I'm not sure why this was even made.
The White Lotus (2021)
Very watchable.
While not a must see show, I find the show funny and entertaining.
Spiral: From the Book of Saw (2021)
So bad
Chris Rock is too funny of a guy to play a dramatic character. The worst in the series.
A Perfect Enemy (2020)
High concept...
But it just takes too long for the payoff and at that point you're just frustrated.
The Little Things (2021)
Jared Leto my makes this watchable.
A slow burn with too much focus on Leto as the killer. He more than likely had a death by cop wish.
And for the record, Denzel wasn't haunted by the unsolved murders, but by the girl he accidentally killed.
Messiah (2020)
Sad there is no Season 2...
This show really kept me guessing and the way it ended I really wanted tonsee what happened next.
Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Just terrible...
Script was horrible and ridiculous. Not even comparable to the first one.
