It's a Sin (2021)
Well worth a watch and a rewatch
Well worth a watch enjoy the drama
But it has to be said the lead character isn't that likeable and in his knowingly spreading HIV morally repugnant
Colin was always going to be a sacrificial lamb , he might as well been wearing a red star trek shirt form the first scene
Jill was based on real person yet was the most shallow of characters lacking any depth. Certainly gave the impression it the part hadn't really been though through to the end
But still well worth a watch
American Pickers: Aerosmith Van (2019)
Same old stuff
Without fail once you have seen one American pickers you have seen them all
Elusive Bigfoot Abroad (2020)
Just very strange
Anti science at large
This is a very strange film to review, granted it has woeful effects, unreliable witnesses but it's it's anti science creationist dogma that stands out
If it was a work of fantasy it would just be a poor film. But as a documentary it ignores facts and cherry picks it's creationist points
Certainly the film has its alt-right pedigree coming from the same director as the anti semantic 'don't mention the reptilians'
Millennium (1996)
Criminally underrated
Hard to explain just how this show comes across.
When it was first shown it was a dark miserable serial killer X files spin off
But once you start watching it's far more interesting there is a true battle between good and evil.
But not all monsters have to look scarry because the shows biggest monster is the unlikely Lucy Butler.
Well worth a re watch
In Search of... (1977)
A great series
A show that has not only stood the test of time but shows that mysteries can be interesting without additional rewriting
It would be surprising to find anything like this made today
Grand Tours of Scotland's Lochs (2017)
Scotland at its best
Just goes to show there is more to Scotland than Loch Ness
Informative and easy watching
