Father Stu (2022)
Oh Well
I agreed with the other review, I went to the cinema to see it because I'm willing to break my wallet to support a bit more of Catholic representation. However, I was disappointed, I think not for the cinematography but the story itself. Ok I get it, they want to present a young man pursuing his vocation no matter what, but what about obedience? What about changing his way of talking after he entered the seminary? If it actually happened like that in real life then I guess I'm not surprised why people don't trust the Church. You don't give a chance for entering the seminary to a unqualified man just because he argued about it with his superior. You don't give a disabled person ordination out of fake charity. You don't talk with a woman in private when you're a priest especially that was a woman you had relation with. What this "priest" was doing in the story was completely revolutionary to the basic Catholic religious virtues.
Skin Deep: The Battle Over Morgellons (2019)
What's wrong with people?
Seriously, if you can somehow create a fiber of an unknown substance and implant it under your skin and makes it grow, whether intentionally or by mental disease, that's some great contribution to science and you should get a Nobel prize. I mean come on, explain to me, how can it be fake when it's literally observable under scope and also researched with the database? Doesn't make any sense.
Seksmisja (1984)
It could have more depths and less nudity
Good roast on feminism. It could have more depths and less nudity, since the nudity was unnecessarily presented in this film and had no contribution to the story at all.
Mo tian da lou (2020)
Would be 10 stars if it's not angelababy
To clarify, I don't know who she is and I have nothing personal against her, but her acting in the show is the worst out of all staff. The younger Meibao actresses both showed way more skills than the adult actress angelababy.
