Moulin Rouge! (2001)
One Of My Fave Films By Far
Its brilliant this film, the acting is the best I've seen in a long time, and how they put the whole film together is great.
Nichole Kidman is one of my favourite actresses and in this film she reminds me why, shes a fabulous actor.
The songs in the film are also excellent.
I'd recommend this film to everyone and anyone.
Near the ending and when it does end could bring tears to even the most cold hearted person.
I think everyone should buy this film or at least watch it, its un-miss-able.
The Shaggy Dog (2006)
Not As Good As I Thought
I didn't think it was that great at all.
I watched it and there was a few funny bits (knocking the old lady over was the best bit of the whole film for me) but i didn't really enjoy this film, he changed from a dog to a man in front of everyone and he was naked and didn't even care! those sort of things annoy me as its not something you see everyday but i guess its a kids film
A real good film for little kiddies to laugh at and to see all the cute animals that act like dogs or something to watch with your family but not really what most adults would like to sit down to and watch in my opinion, i DEFINTALY wouldn't buy it once is enough for me.
Ju-on 2 (2003)
It Was OK
It was an OK film. the good thing is it is MUCH easier to understand then the 1st Japanese film. But the bad thing is, The Grudge is just meant to be the feeling of anger and pain of the person who was killed in a horrible way in their home, so the emotions and memories sort of come to life as a curse on the house and have a grudge against everyone who goes in it, but in this film The Grudge is not just killing people but making a new grudge of their own from a pregnant woman? and the pregnant woman lost her baby so they impregnated her again? how is the grudge supposed to have the power to do that? Which i find very un-believable, well the whole grudge thing is not believable but still i think adding that was stupid, but if you look past that its still not a complete waste of time. But hey I'm only a teenager what do i know? Hope this helped slightly.
The Grudge (2004)
A Very Scary Film But Still Great
I thought this was a brilliant film, it was scary but enjoying and had a very good plot, somethings didn't quite add up to me though, as everyone who enters the house is meant to die but yet some people left the house unharmed. I watch the Japanese version which wasn't as good by far in my opinion even though it was the original, as i found it very hard to understand, I've watch the grudge 2 (Japanese) as well it has a good plot too and isn't quite as hard to understand as the first Japanese one so I'm looking forward to the grudge 2 American one.
I think this film is great over all, brilliant acting and story but id keep a cushion to hide behind if you get scared easily like me.
