Ok, I knew it was going to be no "Terms Of Endearment". I remember this movie got panned when it came out, I read what reviewers here said about it, so I wasn't expecting much. But 6 years after "The Evening Star"'s release, my curiosity got the best of me, besides I got it for free from the library.

This is a horrible movie, with horrible characters, and horrible acting.

It is so bad, I don't know if I'll be able to watch "Terms Of Endearment" again, and that is one of my all time favorite movies. The only redeeming feature this movie had was the music from the original.

I had very low expectations, but this movie still missed them by a mile. Do yourself a favor, if "Terms Of Endearment" meant anything to you, don't see this sequel.

I could find only one redeeming feature in this film, Jennifer Aniston because she's beautiful to look at. Gay people should be up in arms about how they are portrayed here, they just jump in bed with each other, without how it might affect their friends and lovers....just instant gratification.

No one in this movie cared about how they made others feel, just a bunch of uncaring, snooty, artsy types. It was made for and about those kind of people, and by those kind of people.

Didn't think a movie could be bad enough that even 1 1/2 hours of looking at Jennifer wouldn't be worth it.

Before I went to see this movie, I read some of the reviews posted here, saw the trailers on TV...but guess what, it ain't about Day Trading and it ain't about the stock market! Slime balls and hucksters have been around forever, this is just another story about them. Perhaps I would have enjoyed the film had I not been expecting it to be more about the market. The star is the guy that plays Phoebes brother on Friends, big deal. Ben Affleck was great in his role, he made me want to go to work for the company! Wait for the video.
