sensitive and convincing
5 February 2000
The real star is Billy Carpenter, Lance Kerwin. He supports a basically not very nice person well portrayed by Scott Baio. Billy is more convincing as the nice guy who cares, we need more of this positive role model.

Diagnosis Murder (1993–2001)
Improbable but enjoyable

Charlie Schatter gives the right balance of youthful innocence and enthusiasm to his role and a good but not overdone aspect of humour. Currently screening UK on BBC1 about 14:00 hours. Improbable scenario but entertaining nonetheless

a sensitive performance highlighting the problems of deaf people showing they can be treated as less than normal. Perhaps a bit over the top in the conclusion.
