RoboCop (1987)
KICKS A**!
Robocop is a great sci-fi movie. It has lots of blood in it. The acting is great. The story is great. The special effects are great. This movie kicks a**!
Robocop never showed mercy to his enemies in the warehouse scene. The movie has great bad guys.
Get it for DVD.
Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (1999)
Better than the others.
"Power Rangers" was good. "Power Rangers Zeo" was great. "Power Rangers Turbo" was kinda lame. "Power Rangers in Space" was cool. "Power Rangers Lost Galaxy" is better than the others because the zords are better looking than those Dinozords, the enemies are really interesting, the weapons are cool, the plots are better than the others, and the Rangers themselves are cool, too. But there is one thing that I don't understand: What happened to Andros,Cassie, T.J., Carlos, Ashley, and Zhane from "Power Rangers in Space?" Someone from school told me they all got kicked off the show because they were on the show for about a year. That sounds so fakey, but nevertheless, these new Power Rangers are awesome.
I'm kinda mad that Tommy, Jason, Billy , and Rocky are not on the show anymore. They were some of the greatest. Tommy and Jason were the most popular of the power rangers.I was so excited when Jason came back on the show. He became the Gold Ranger. Tommy and Jason were best friends and Tommy was really happy that Jason was back. "Power Rangers lost Galaxy"is awesome, but I still miss the original power rangers.
Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo (1977)
Really funny.
Herbie goes to Monte Carlo is my first favorite "Herbie" film. My favorite scenes were: The scene when the diamond thieves are chasing Herbie through the French country side and my other favorite scene was when Dean Jones and Don Knotts got into a fight with the diamond thieves. The whole movie is funny but I thought those were the funniest scenes. Don Knotts is hilarious as usual, just like on the "Andy Griffith" show.
A cute scene I liked was when Herbie was taking a shower from the splashing water of a big fountain.
Lost in Space (1998)
Crap
This movie is nothing but crap. The costumes look like something from "Power Rangers," the robot sounds drunk whenever it talks, awful acting and ridiculous special effects.
I didn't want to see this movie but my Dad wanted to. He was begging me to go with him and I decided to give in. So one Sunday afternoon, we went to the movie. When the movie ended I had a blank expression on my face. This movie was a waste of my time but I'm glad I spent some time with my Dad.
Herbie Rides Again (1974)
Terrific movie
Herbie Rides Again is a great family comedy. The funniest part in the movie was when Herbie and all of his volkswagen friends chased Alonso Hawke down the streets of San Francisco. That part is hilarious and priceless. Children and adults will love this movie and the other Herbie movies too. Go out and buy all of the Herbie movies. You won't regret it.
Caddyshack II (1988)
No Bill Murray, boring, and slow paced
WHERE THE HECK WAS BILL MURRAY? What I didn't like about "Caddyshack 2" was that it didn't have Bill Murray, who made the first "Caddyshack" terrific, the sequel seemed less funny and it also seemed slow paced. It seemed relaxed, not hilarious like the first one. I give "Caddyshack 2" a C, which is a fair grade from my point of view. Whoever wants to watch a relaxing and slow paced movie, pick "Caddyshack 2."
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace (1987)
Just plain stupid.
The first "Superman" movie was excellent. "Superman 2" was good. "Superman 3" seemed like a comedy because Richard Pryor was in it. "Superman 4" is totally awful for two reasons: Nuclear man was a loser villain with long, sharp finger nails, who had a crummy costume, and a bad attitude. The plot seemed hard to understand. The only good part was at the end when Superman threw Nuclear man into the nuclear reactor core. Too bad this film didn't join him. I give "Superman 4" an F for having a hard plot and a totally lame villain.
