Amusing French romantic comedy with a beautiful soundtrack
28 January 1999
Daniel Auteuil is sad and silly, sweet and take charge as Romuald the hapless yogurt company CEO who loses his comfortable existence, but finds true love and wisdom. The soundtrack includes a terrific instrumental by Stevie Ray Vaughn--this film gives one hope that we may all find that "someone special" and have the perfect theme to accompany that romance. The perfect film for one who enjoys a good love story as well as a comedy of errors.

Times Square (1980)
A real-chick flick
20 January 1999
I have vivid memories of Nicky's eye makeup and Hefty bag fashion. Worth viewing for film fans and rebellious wannabe performers. It's a shame that the film is out of print!

This film is a great view for any suspense or mystery fan!

I first saw this film when I was about 12 years old. One of the local stations broadcast it late at night and I stealthily watched it (volume low, keeping one eye on my parents' bedroom door). Well worth the bags and bleery eyes the next morning! The opening scene is well crafted, it foreshadows without ruining the climax of the film. James Coburn's performance is clever and so dead on, he keeps you riveted throughout the film. If you can track this film down add it to your library!
