I saw Mononoke Hime in Japan, on videotape, one year after its release (1998), and I found it fantastic. I knew other Miyazaki's works, always excellent, but this one is different from others. Music gives the idea of holy scenery of movie, surrounded by realistic colours. Genious like Miyazaky can't stop me of wonder!

the movie is not just a musical, but is a really "karaoke" type. People watching it are involved in singing the songs, kept together through a valid line story. It is interesting, because it talks about some pieces of the real life of the main character, Max Pezzali.
