Way too much J in this episode, which is definitely not a positive. A new job is exactly what the show needs, but the impending rise of him to the top of the family is not something I want to see.

Bad casting in these past few episodes

Casting Emily Deschanel was a bad move. Granted, she's a bizarre looking woman as is fitting for the despicable character she plays, but she also a very poor actor with little in the way of a resume. I've wondered how she and her equally repellent looking sister, Zoe, managed to get into film given their lack of acting ability. It must be due to connections their parents have in the industry.
Anyway, in an otherwise capable cast, "Angela" is a total misfit. It would be good if "Angela" was written out of the 5th season scripts.
