If you're looking for an accurate story depicting the railroad killers reign of terror, this isn't it! This movie spends the entire time attempting to minimize this killer's crimes, only eludes to the fact he's raping women, and spends little time showing his murderous and heinous crimes this film instead spends all of its time showing this killer walking around sad and miserable in a depressing life. It's very obvious attempt to make you feel sorry for him.

I'm all about low budget films, But a lot of the audio is inaudible and the acting is some of the worst I've ever encountered. Visually this movie was interesting But it wasted too much time being put out for propaganda in an attempt to make you understand and sympathize with the killer.
